The first lot of malai that I got the ONLY malai from the original 500 ml. We need to take fresh milk again , boil it and collect malai in small quantities daily. Left over milk can be used to make tea / coffe or can drink in form of milk.

No, it is accumulated malai for 15 days. Daily we will collect small quantities or whenever we boil milk, store in refrigerator, when it become enough then prepare fresh cream. I just showed process with little quantity of milk.

Thank you. It is a good recipe but it dies not become the same you buy from the shop because we ordinary customers buy Homogenized and pasteurized milk from the shop. While the real cram should be made by raw milk.
