The US has been suffering from inflation, as a result prices of groceries and common items have been jumping in price to nearly twice what they usually are. It's random week to week what jumps in price then goes back down. The only bright side is most things have been in stock consistently.
I think the UK is the same right now to be honest, it’s all crazy
