Your locs are flourishing and look beautiful. You can repair that thinning loc in the front with a crotchet needle. YT has lots of how to videos or your loctician should be able to. Yes to all the things you aspire to do. You most definitely can maintain and retwist your own hair. Blessings.
Wow your hair thickened up a lot ❤️ beautiful I started my own but two strand twists. I was thinking I did it too small but seeing how much they thickened up I have hope
I appreciate that alot! I'm trying to add more clips so it's more interesting and not just me talking. And for my hair it will either be May or April 😭
Hey! I know that you said you were looking for natural products. I swear by the current products I'm using for my moisture routine. They are from All Natural Kinks : oil for locs and moisturizing mist. I have been using them for some time now. they work really well on my hair.
-our locs are extremely similar !! we have similar hair texture, thickness, and density, AND our locs are the same size/we have a similar amount! -i also have major issues with lint and buildup, I've started brushing it (not v often) and i tie my hair down whenever i'm at home, but i think the main issue is lint from clothing :( -Q&A question: how does thinning start? like can you pinpoint anything that might've caused it? (i also have some tiny ones around my edges)
I've been waiting for a loc twin to appear 😌 I appreciate the q & a question! As far as lint from clothing - maybe changing clothes while your hair is covered will help? I thought about putting that in the video but I rarely do that myself because I'm not that meticulous in that regard 😅
80, more or less! When my sister told me I was surprised because I associate 80 with being really thick, but that just goes to show you that it really just depends on your hair.
You and your locs are so Beautiful 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤

Thank you for that suggestion. I'm going to buy a crochet needle and try to fix it myself when I do my first retwist 😌

Thank you! I'm slowly getting better at making them, I want to be more consistent but I have trouble with coming up with ideas >.
