HELLO I HAVE A TIME SENSITIVE QUESTION AND I WOULD LIKE SOME HELP IF POSSIBLE🙏🏻 I have my first farmers market TODAY as vendor and it might be a silly question but In my health deparment checklist says that I gotta dispose solid waste and wastewater at an approved sewer or holding tank. In other words or simple words what do they mean? Because all this time I thought I was fine bringing my stuff and that later on I could dispose my trash in my house. I’m just a little lost about this…Thanks beforehand🙌🏻
Yes most of the time that is ok. You don't need to go in details with them answer what they ask. The only thing if you have oil you should bring it to a oil dump station. Regular water and trash it's ok.
@mobilefoodbooth I found your video from 2 years ago about the Italian water ice and wanted to try it for low startup cost similar to you mention with the igloos my problem is a solid recipe to start with, ice,simple syrup,fruit, is that correct? And from I gathered you use a ice scream maker? I’m hung up on the maker some are pricey when your starting up with the 3 igloo setup is that using a cheap machine does that involve hours of making and storing etc I’m confused on the process of starting it small like that with the igloos
