Really amazing game
I thought volleyball is boring , but I must say that is a spectacular sport and I am hooked on watching it .

I think the ones withe the number 1 in their tee-shirts

Setters can't spike, they set and recieve
Middle blockers block, receive, and spike
Outside hitters are usually on the left and right of the court, and theyblock, recieve, and mostly spike

As a short person I can feel the struggle by the Japanese players because the height disadvantage is very apparent at multiple points. Like I can see many saves be almost in reach if they were only a bit taller but that can be fixed by better positioning. Just my opinion tho
Height is great, but as you say, it can be compensated by positioning, speed and skill! 🙌😁

Tbh they aren't short, 180cm+ is tall, the other team are giants😂👍 I'm 160cm so short right🥲
When they played with Indian team , although Indian team were tall but still Japan defeated India ..no point of height difference 🤣
Shorter one has it's own adantages too. He doesn't have to bend as much!
I love how calm the Japanese coach is in any situation ❤️

i’m also amazed at how yamauchi still managed to touch the ball just by standing with his hand up😭😭

Japan came a long, long way. Now one of the most improved team in the world with lots of young and talented players. Reached the bronze podium last vnl 2023 and became the champion in the last Avc league 2023

Idk if it's only me but before i really don't like volleyball but after I watch the anime haikyuu that's when i fall in love with the game😊now i really enjoy watching people playing it too and if i got a chance to learn it i would definitely do it😊❤️😁

For me it was that I liked Volleyball before already and played it a little for fun with a small group of my town but after haikyuu i loved it and started to go in a more competetive way and wanted to become really good

When no Ishikawa, no Nishida and no Takahashi Ran. Every member of US team is ove 2m in height except 2 Japan averages 1.9m at the most that's where it made that much
of difference.
