Hi Andrew, off topic but I want to know if you could put a due diligence / background check contract up for sale on your site. I've bought all of your other templates and they are great. Do you use a specific contract for background investigations? Thank you in advance.

I don't do a lot of only "Background" investigations. Generally speaking I am doing a background check for every surveillance I do or field work assignment.What do you feel would need to be clarified in a contract specific to background investigations?

With regards to Due Diligence and Background Investigations, there is often some liability should an investigator miss something due to negligence, and it causes a client to make a bad decision. However, if the investigator really did turn over every available stone but there was some piece of information that just was not available, I was curious if your contracts might have any language pertaining to limiting your liability.
