I have no idea if this has been said yet, but for "Tweak Tattoo/Mark", on PS4, I've found it's at around 67 vertical and 97 horizontal if trying to get it exactly as shown in the video
Since I couldn't find anyone in the comments talking about this, for people on the PS4: The Tattoo Sliders are 68/100/0/17 or around that amount as I've found.

Google searching her face comes up with some low quality pictures. It may be better to find a video. But she has a darker face which I think would be a nice change from your lighter styles!
