Why is your gt always so green.Mine is golden brown and i use loose leaf sencha or other kinds.I steep for 3mins max in less then boiling water. What king of green tea do you use or suggest to get really green color tea.
Thanks a lot for your question. The tea which is most green is mostly so called deep steamed green tea. One tea is the Fukamushi Yamaga or the Shincha Nuruki. Here is the link to the video where I present the tea: ruclips.net/video/qkQnQzgoW2A/видео.html The reason why these teas are so green is that they give a little bit smaller particles to the water as the leaves are through the deep steaming a bit more brittle. And these smaller pieces give a beautiful green color to the water. We also have a sencha sampler where both of these teas are included on our website nioteas.com. Let me know if you have any further questions. Happy to help.
@keiichi Maebara Very true - I even heard of matcha in your tea can take off the "jitter" effect :-) I have to try this one day. How do you drink it? Both the same day or on different days?
@keiichi Maebara Yes because the L-theanine from the matcha helps balance some of the more negative effects of coffee. Matcha is the perfect blend of caffeine and L-theanine!
you should go for a Fukamushi like the Murasaki Sencha or the Kasugaen sencha. You can find these teas on our website nioteas.com. we also have a deep steamed sampler with all super green teas
Today is the day i switch. Been feeling off drinking coffee
You can try some matcha! It works great as a coffee replacement: nioteas.com/collections/ceremonial-matcha
I had a heart attack about 6 months ago and I can tell coffee is not good for my heart. I'm going to try switching to green tea.
You can try it out and see if you like it better!
Have you tried the green tea mixed with mint?
yes we have! we make videos about it on Instagram and TikTok
Did you ever try to make a bulletproof Matcha Tea?
yes a long time ago! we should do another video about it. Thanks for the suggestion
Will this type of tea make you jittery because I stopped drinking black coffee cause of the crash and jittery impact on me!
you'll notice the energy you get with green tea is much more sustainable with less of the crash or jitters. This is because tea also has l-theanine
do you have a video on how to deal with teeth staining when drinking tea?
yes we have this from a long time ago: ruclips.net/video/QczNwmCF2KI/видео.htmlsi=h2NDdBHVp7sSy8GP
