I'm glad to see your rv made it to its final destination, what you need it a large carport , you can park your RV underneath it, and walk out onto a 20x20 covered deck, cover the roof with solar, add gutters to help catch rain, kick back and chill 😎
@__WJK__ yes, on the opposing side of the deck he could place his shed, or add an 8x20 shed, with a side entrance where he could put several water totes inside, one for delivered fresh water and 1 for rain, a place for solor equipment and maybe an extra fridge and laundry, all accessible from the deck area, I'd even add a large fireplace or an open type circle fireplace venting it up thru the roof of the deck for a nice place to hang out in the wintertime that's outside of the RV but still under a roof..

Though “how much storage” of course, depends on the height of the deck. Either way, makes sense to take advantage of that space, especially if it doesn’t cost much to add it.

You might want to give the mice situation some priority so you don't become overrun with them. You might want to look into homemade poisons to help you get control of them. Great that the majority of the move is behind you and getting settled in. Take your flashlight out after dark and scan for mice eyeballs glowing in the dark. Your little friends can provide a source of spooky entertainment!

@@__WJK__ Are you dumb or what.?. he isn't gonna sell the property. he is walking away from the contract to buy it and just giving it back to the land company that he was making payments to. he Never said HE was selling it. he just said it would be for sell later. Yes the land company will resale it, after the land company legally repossess it for mike's failure to make payments.

Agree, the right carport would provide extra shade for the RV + make adding extra solar & water catchment easier.
