ሰሊዬ ይህ መፅሀፍ ከመፅሀፍ ቅዱስ ቀጥሎ ህይወቴን የቀየርኩበት መፅሀፍ ነዉ። አንድ ወንድ በድሎኝ ሄዷል ብዬ ወንድ የሚባልን ዘር ጠልቼ እኖር ነበር። ዉስጤ ያቆየሁት Pain እራሴን እየጎዳ እንደጨረሰኝ ሁሉ አላዉቅም ነበር። ወንድ እተዋወቃለሁ ከአንድ ቀን በላይ አላቀርባቸዉም ነበር። እንዴት አይምሮዬ እንደሸወደኝ ያወቅኩት በዚህ መፅሀፍ ነበር። ሁሉ ነገር ላይ ፈጣሪ አሳክቶልኝ ሊበላሽ የነበረዉ የፍቅር ህይወቴ እንደሆነ ሳስብ አለቅስ ነበር። መፅሀፉን ከጨረስኩት በኋላ እንደነቃሁ አንድ ሰዉ ወደ ህይወቴ ሲመጣ ዉስጤ ያለዉን ቂም ትቼ በሙሉ ልብ እስኪ ዛሬ አዲስ ነዉ ልቀበለዉ አልኩ። እዉነትም ይህ ወንድ በድሎኝ ከሄደዉ ወንድ በጣም ይለይ ነበር። ብዙ አመት ያቃጠልኩበትን ታሪኬን ቀየረልኝ። ዘንድሮ ልንጋባ ነዉ። ትላንትን ለትላንት ነገን ለነገ ትተን ዛሬ ላይ በደንብ መኖር ከቻልን ህይወት ጣፋጭ ናት። ሁላችሁም አንብቡት ህይወት ቀያሪ መፅሀፍ ነዉ።

አዲስ ሕይወት ማግኘትሽ ጥሩ ነው። ግን መፅሐፉ ሕይወት ስለመቀየሩ እጠራጠራለሁ። ስለ "ግዜ" እና "ቦታ" ያለንን አስተሳሰብና እንዴት "ኢጎ" እኛነታችን እንደሚያሳጣን እና ሃሳብ "ራስን" እንዳናውቅ ጋሬጣ እንደሚሆንብን ነው። ቀጥሎም ሃሳብና እዕምሮ የራስ እንዳልሆኑ ለማስረዳት ይሞክራል። ሰውየው ነገሩንን ሁሉ አተተረማመሶት እንደገና ሁሉንም ሀ ብሎ እንደ አዲስ ሊያስረዳን ይሞክራል። ይሄ ምክሩ ለራሱ ለሰውየው ያልበጀው ብዙ ግዜ ሰውየው "ራስን መሳት" እያጋጠመው ሐኪም ቤት በተከታታይ እየገባ እዚያ እየነቃ እንደሚወጣ ይታወቃል። ሁሉም ጥሩ ነው ብሎ መውሰድ አደገኛ ነው።
እኔም ልክ እንደ አንቺ ውኔም በጣም የምወዳት ሚስቴ ድንገት ስለከዳችኝ 5 አመታት ሙሉ ሴቶችን ማነጋገር ቀርቶ ማየትም አልችልም ነበር። ግን አሁን ለብቻዬ ብኖርም በመፃሕፍት ግን መቀየርና እንደ ድሮዬ መሆን አልቻልኩም።
@@birhanjommy መፅሀፍ መንገድ ነዉ የሚያሳይህ። ሀሳብ ነዉ የሚነግርህ! ሀሳቡን ሰምተህ አለመተግበር ይቻላል። የተጠቀመበት ግን ከነበረበት ቦታ ፈቀቅ ይላል። ብዙ ሀኪሞች ያክማሉ ግን ባከሙት ህመም የሞቱም አሉ። ስለሞቱ አንተን ለማዳን የተጠቀሟቸዉ ነገሮች ስህተት ነበሩ ማለት አይደለም። የዚህም ፀሀፊ ጉዳይ እንደዛ ሊሆን ይችላል። እኔ ሌላ ዉስብስብ ነገር ዉስጥ አልገባሁም። Dissolving Pain Body እንዴት ማድረግ እንደምችል አነበብኩ ተገበርኩት። እዚህ መፅሀፍ ላይ ከፈጣሪ ጋር የሚያጣላ ነገር አላየሁም። በጊዜ እራሴን እንዳልገድብ፣ ቂም እንዳልይዝ፣ ስለዛሬ ህይወቴ አብዝቼ እንድጨነቅ እና ዛሬ ያበላሸሁትን ዛሬ ካስተካከልኩ ህይወቴን ያለጭንቀት እንደምኖር ነዉ የገባኝ።

በማንበብ ደረጃ እኔም መፅሐፉን አንብቤዋለሁ ሀሳቡ በአጭሩ እንዴት ዛሬን መኖር እንችላለን ንቁ ሆነን? የሚለውን ጥያቄ እስያ ሄዶ በተማረው ት/ት ለመመለስ ይሞክራል ግን ከዚህ የሚበልጥ መፅሐፍ አለ "ተግባራዊ ክርስትና"ይባላል ኦርቶዶክሳዊ የሆናችሁ እሱን አንብቡት "The power of now" ሀሳቡን እውን ለማድረግ ፈታኝ ነው ምክንያቱም ማንም ከጎናችሁ የሚሆን የለም በራሳችሁ ነው የሚነግራችሁን የምትተገብሩት ተግባራዊ ክርስትና ግን ሀሳቡን እውን የምታደርጉት ከእግዚአብሔርና ከንስሐ አባታቹ ጋር ስለሆነ ቀላል ነው እላለሁ መልካም ምሽት።

To be frank I have been read this book the Amaric and English version .it is so great self-help book. Selam, you tried to cover the content your look, review and advice too at same time. it is good but please make yourself first comfort, do not try to be perfect, it distracts you and your lister many times which decrees the Wach time. you seem a marathon racer, So just play with you natural flow.
