Actually I'd reset if Kenki got killed immediately because i need Sucrose and Diluc to have their Burst ready for ASIMON to one cycle it 😅 For the question: - Rosaria or Chralotte IMHO Layla while can provide better buff with C4 & key, is nearly unplayable for AoE and Multiwaves. Kazuha can ease the issue in AoE but still won't as good as the rest UNLESS Your Diluc is Godly and can Nuke everything in 1 or 2 Hits. So Rosaria with Her Crit Buff and massive QoL that can even allow TtoDS Setup with Sucrose would be superior, or Charlotte that can hold TtoDS Herself and let Sucrose Hold EM Wep which is a significant upgrade over Rosaria when the situation allows (non multiphase Bosses) Energy issue on 12-1-1. I need to use Her Q back to back for Drake and Summoner so I swapped to Fav.
Can't tell about Her DPS so I'll judge based on QoL and Practicality: I'd say She is far above Layla & Diona and slightly below Rosaria QoL wise, and somewhere between Kaeya & Ganyu practicality wise. She only apply Cryo 4 times in total off screen from E and Q but Synergy extremely well with Sucrose and Kazuha plus She doesn't need Q for full combo so 100% uptime isn't necessary. She can simply use N1CA to remove Pyro in case Her Q isn't up. The best thing abouy Her is the fact She can hold TtoDS in place of Sucrose which is a tremendous amount of DPS increase without altering rotation for Sucrose variant The only downside of Her is the exact same thing as Kaeya and Ganyu being need a bit of positioning since Her E Lense has relatively small Range to Mark enemies.
She can apply cryo whenever, and has access to catalyst buffs like ttds and noblesse/instructors so she's probably the best option for dilucs DMG outside of maybe rosaria for the crit rate buff or Ayaka with cons
