✅Ingredients for 2 servings
1 tablespoon of Buldak sauce
1 tablespoon of Buldak mayo sauce
3 tablespoons of perilla oil
2 tablespoons of Cham sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 scallions
Seasoned Seaweed Flakes (Kimjaban)
200g of buckwheat noodles (Makguksu) for 2 servings
1 egg
Pepper
✅Recipe
1. Make the sauce for the noodles.
2. Chop the scallion for the topping.
3. Add 800ml of water and cook the noodle for 4 minutes.
4. Rinse the noodles under ice water to enhance the chewy texture!
5. Add pepper to taste.
6. Pour the sauce on the rinsed noodles, top it off and it's done!
