$3000 is a basic requirement to live in America. You cannot save $700 from it! Especially if you are married! You may save at Max $1500 if you live alone. Compared it with ₹50000 you can save just ₹10000 if you are married, or to max 30000 if you are single.
So financially it will be sound decision but leaving your wife and parents in india dosent make sense for such a small amount of extra money! I would do it for atleast $6000per month. And guess what I'll take my family with me!

Bahar ke countries mai salary jyada milne se v waha kharacha v jyada hota hai 50k/80k + INR toh rent,khana aur kapre meh he jaega upar se club, party wagera mai jaoge weekends enjoy krne fir toh 150k/180k aiseh he chale jaenge if you are married tab toh baat he alag hai kharcha he kharcha & savings toh bhul hee jao .. Bahar ke countries mai paisa pani jaisa behta hai.
I will do a 2lakh job in Dubai. Reasons:
1) no income tax
2)safety
3) stable govt and economy
4) infrastructure
You're in a misconception if you think Dubai has a stable govt and economy, you will automatically understand in 10 years
