Soam bhaiya's calculation is good and practical....But, I think we should have to make investments according to our dreams and when they will give returns as equal as to pay the emi's and down payment for our dream bike & car, till then we have to wait to go for any luxury items.
Here 'Luxury' means- Anything which we don't have the necessity or thing which we are going to buy only for our comfort.

1). Never buy a car that you can't own twice at the same moment
Warna fir aap usse maintain nahi kr paaoge..
2). If you wanna be wealthy then never invest more than 10% of your annual income on car

Sir, according to your calculation i think the loan tenure is for 5yrs not 3yrs
For ex- the ev for 20000×36months=720000 but if its 20000×60mnths= 1200000 then it would be correct.
Completely agreed with you, but for me instead of loan I'll buy it in full because I can't keep up with EMI etc and my father told not to get into loans and stuff. Kind of struggle/efforts to pay up is very difficult over the years but he managed to pay off in time 💯👍🏻
