Nice advice , although rather straightforward. I do like your mindset, although mine would be taking the risk ie loans to purchase properties and build rental income through that running in passive rather than depreciating assets. But hey to each it’s own right
What you're saying in absolutely right but the only challenge is to pay the entire amt in one go after one year completion.
In simple words, it is best to pay more than the emi amt to bank every month if possible and if there is any bulk amt you received as as a bonus every year or half yearly, you can put the entire amt to the loan amt so reduce principal and it ultimately leads to less interest.

In Your prospective you saved money but in my prospective i think instead of paying your loan at earlieast we can use that principal to make more money as when you pay your loan you also pay principal(the whole amount).
Also when you get home loan bank charges 8.5%(including file charges) per annum.
Lets consider in my business of electrical goods manufacturing we have a complete money cycle(From manufacturing to comsumer) of 3months and net profit of 7-8% per cycle.
So if that money i use in my business calculation goes by
Total money cycle in one year = 12/3= 4cycles
Gross profit per cycle = 7-8%
Gross profit in a year =7%X4= 28%
Net profit = Gross profit -Bank charges-Expenses
Net profit in a year = 28% -8% = 20%
So that money which i m paying bank to save 8% can earn me 2-3times more.
So i feel loans are there to help you make more money.

I am a huge car,bike and gadget enthusiast since my ukg class (15 years almost). But i made money from money and exploring ways to earn money now. Once i find that life will be comparably stable. Seeing you buying all those beast vehicles. I can't resist myself to buy new phones and bike but i am still having patience as i am working for something big. It's tough but i am doing it. Maybe soon I'll get out of this hardship and will have not hold myself back for anything i want anymore.

But why take a loan then, if one is capable of preclosing the loan in under a year, surely he/she can save for a few years and then buy the thing. I get what you say as getting the thing the moment our heart wants it. Also, we are paying interest on the amount for the tenure and also some preclosing charges.

Why you took loan for 15 years, if you can preclose with in a year.....Standard job wala cannot pre close loans.
Some times closing low interest 5% home loan is a bad idea...because with that cash you can do trading and make 100X...you can buy 10 houses just like that...

You have not considered the opportunity cost of the money you used to repay the loan. It might have been more than or less then the interest you saved. For Eg. If the interest rate was 8% and the money used to repay would have earned 10% in some investment, then actually you lost 2%. And over a period of 15 years ( the original tenure of the home loan you closed in 1 year), stock market would have most probably given you at least 10% compounded annual return. So actually you didn't save any money. BTW, i really like your videos and watch your new videos regularly.
