      You probably have a few years yet as I believe NAD levels start dropping around 35.

      @@MarieLamour-cv1jc dang I was curious Ik nad levels are naturally different at different ages with major drops in 60s. Knowing the age would help me gage expectations for what improvements I could expect to see. But I understand your choice

      @@MarieLamour-cv1jc it was a question and I respect your choice lol. It’s not a focus but a curiosity. Age plays a factor in nad levels. You could say, “I’m biologically 40 and genetically 26” idk it’s not a big deal tbh I’m just young and curious what other young people experience with nmn

    I take 2 nmn pills every morning im 52 years young and I feel great. Ive been taking it for 2 months and im boxing every day and sleeping like a baby. Dont take it b4 bed. Makes for very vivid dreams. I did box b4 taking nmn and then I would need a nap. now I power through the day and my cardio has improved greatly. Strongly recomend it for us older crew.

      Oh cool, I will check it out. I know he takes about 8,000 pills a day but I have no idea what they are.

      I would not take NMN !! It is only tested in animal for long term. Some claim that they tested in human but maybe only 30-60 days. Good luck!!!

      You got to take a methyl donor with it, like tmg(trimethylglycine). nmn, NR, Niacin, niacinamid, trigonellin etc. need them to build nad+. If you run out of methyl donors, people often, me including, are suffering from this flue symptoms because other metabolic pathways need methyl donors too. And you should consider to take b vitamin complex, zinc, magnesium. Sounds a lot but isn't to expensive. If you take your nmn, it will work much better and don't harm you. Without this stuff you're probably just wasting money

    You are too young for NMN you should be over 40 to feel the effects ( old age effects) It's been a game changer for me ligaments are tighter , prostrate( not having to pee in the middle of the night) etc.

      ​​@@JustFollowingOrders12It's true, many people say that if you're younger than 40 and are in relatively good health, NMN might not do much. NR is more effective for 40 under and NMN for 40+. Some even say 50+ is the best time to start NMN.

      I have a question though -- what if you take an epigenetic test and it turns out that you're older than your biological age? Does that mean that NMN could work for you? Or only your biological age matters?

      I think its aimed for older people due to NAD levels dropping as we get older but if you are curious it couldn't hurt to try it.

    I think you should give SALIENTS ATHANASE a go. It’s the only supplement I’ve found that actually gives serious positive effects. But be warned if you try. It tastes not so good 😂.

      @@PeteOnPurpose increased mood. Increased energy. And the most important part for me was the recovery speed. 6 months I’ve been taking it now and my recovery is just fantastic. And my joints are also feeling the benefits. Plus the price is great £25. I pay which lasts over a month.

    I take a lot of different supplements. I know I want a NAD+ booster, but this is NMN. Which is illegal by the FDA. I don't know why. But it is.

    NMN is grossly overpriced, and it's less effective at raising NAD levels than Niacin. And Niacin is dirt cheap.
