Can't believe this is ten years old - wow, time flies. RIP Ben. Gone so soon, so young. Great music lasts forever.
Aside from the now-old cars, the video looks like it was shit yesterday. They were really on the cutting edge.

One of my brother's friends posted a song by these guys on his Facebook page just after he died. My brother was a fan but we didn't get to discuss them for one reason or another. It has began a very close relationship between myself and this group. Only after this I read about Ben. This is a very special band for me and these songs are fantastic. I will always go back to it.
I travelled through china with these songs on my headphones this year, it's been fantastic.
RIP Ben. Great musician and great bands! You'll be missed.

I hate but love that this is over 10 years old now. 15 most of 2010, 27 now and have seen and understood what life is unfortunately. Wish I still had the mindsight of 15 year old me

One of the greatest songs Ever written
I got into this band from this album before I knew about Benjamin, and of course now it holds deeper meaning and emotions, but it really is a genuinely great album. Just beautiful poignant and majestic.

This is music video making at its best. I love the simple imagery of the hand on the heart and how that connects everything in the video as well as the effect that this elemental has had on the boy's life.

@MachineManWolf I'm not attacking them for being beautiful, just saying that it has no relation to their talent, a rare opinion in today's music industry. I'm not knocking these guys, don't get me wrong, half asleep is one of the most played songs on my ipod, but I'm able to recognise and understand that not everyone can pick up the subtleties of their style, and to some people the songs will seem interchangeable. Theyre still a fairly young act, and I think they'll keep getting better with time

@MachineManWolf Some people won't share your taste in music, it's too complex and diverse a concept to state anything as fact. However the modern tendency to create a correlation between 'talent' and 'good looks' is slowly destroying that diversity, blending the rainbow of musical possibilities into one murky shade of grey that appeals to the masses because it's designed to. Having said that, SOSB is a great band, and I think they have the potential to evolve into something uniquely beautiful

@HMG5588 I'm not sure which Bible you are reading, but the one on my shelf acutally states that no man knows the time or the day when the world will end. You need to re-read your scripture, if you've read it at all.

I'm sure if there is a God and he is powerful enough to create everything then I guess it is safe to imagine that he is able to understand physics and science on a level of building blocks. Like a child with Legos. We love to act as if science disproves a God but it is the argument. Who created everything? Including the building blocks. It begs the question. It cannot be proved or disproved so you might as well save your breath. Thanks.

@HMG5588 lots of diffrent interpretations of what the bible means but the "bible" there is a old testament and a new. it is a collection of documents written by lots of diffrent people from the time of jesus but also written by others hundreds of years apart

We did exactly what Satan knew we would do given free will to do it. Hence the need for the final day of humanity's vanity on earth.
