Nice bit of graft lads! Invest in a Hex shank Demolition Breaker or similar from screwfix. £150... I did and wished I'd bought one years ago! Not something I use a lot but by God it makes light work of concrete etc plus it's another tool to your armory 👍🏻
Blinding job there by KC Stu , and he gets some exercise too while doing a bit 😉🤣 and free hard core for the slab too , no skip needed either , recycling and saving money 😉
The main man is back KC 😎 get the 14inch cutter on it. Save mucking about with saw that only cuts 60mm in. Wasting energy having to cut both sides inside and out. Good project these. Heavy pinch bar needed. Get big KC on it he will source you 1 😆👍🏻😎
Hey Stu. Looking to do something like this myself.... 3m x 3m single skin existing garage extension with flat roof, remove existing rear wall and replace with lintel as it has a pitched roof, pour slab etc, install some bifold doors. How much would something like this cost from start to finish inc ground works? Just a ballpark mate. I've had a couple of quotes want to see if they are anywhere close
Good video again. I noticed the house we purchased the extention attached to the house - the flooring does not have insulation. There is a membrane and 4" concrete on the floor. However is there an option i could insalate the floor before we decide to put either laminate or carpet down? Thanks in advance
You could use something like ‘kingspan green guard’ flooring insulation . It is an XPS board with good compressive strength. Lots of thickness options 30mm, 50mm etc. Then put floating floor on top.
Kc reminds me of one of those great northern comedians 🤣 I think he should have his own one liner corny jokes channel. Bet he'd soon rack up the subscribers. Come on Stu, sort it out lad 😂
You recommend sand before slab then? Just about to do a slab about the same size as that in base of my shed. Can't say I'd thought of sand...was going to just do 100mm sub base and then 100mm concrete.
Glad to see kc back on my screen. Legend

Great to be working with KC. Get a sledge hammer on those chisels, and periodically thump the slab. Look forward to the Concrete.

Hi do you think it matters what trowel you use for bricklaying?

Just a little tip, it's easier to start at the top with a stilly an let the weight fall down the cut
You should get a sand rake stu wooden handle and a flat piece of wood on bottom perfect for levelling 20mm and under and sand
Hello KC! You're right... dads are always right 🤣 Bet you had a pump on after that bolster action stu!
thanks for this video, may i ask why at the end of this video that you need to put a black plastic sheet before pour the concrete ?
Vapor barrier I believe
What do you reckon to the Milwaukee cutter? I need a battery cutter and it’s a toss up between that, the sthil and the new makita
What a legend your father is 👍👍👍
That compactor on the sand though! 💪🏾 7:04
Good little machine ain’t it mate

it stops the membrane from piercing with the harder stones underneath
Finally ur back
Love this one stew is it gonna be a garage extension 👍
Good work stu and kc
Lmao the hand prints on his ass.. hilarious
KC the legend, love the vids stu but thought he was gonna whack you with that shovel at one point ha
whats that milwaukee saw like stu? better than the stihl ts410?
Not as powerful but has other benefits sthil doesn’t
I do love a bit of demolition
Serious question why do u not use the breaker to break away the concrete? Is there’s a reason ?
Because we would of been there till next Christmas. Not big enough.
Ahh right fair enough
Super, superrrrrrrrrrrrr.. Super, super
Is that a battery cutter ? Are they any good mate ??
Yeah it’s been great for us
Do you use a water hose attached to the 12inch plug in grinder ?
Beltin STU 💙
the bossssss🔥🔥
That looks like a lot of work when you can use a 100,- GBP breaking hammer to clear the existing slab once you've done the cut....
nice had prints on your behind KC. you like to slap yourself:))
Why’s KC using a toffee hammer, come on stu buy him a big hammer for Xmas.
2 part. When they throw concrete.
The wall fell on your tool that's why you didn't show the wall falling 🤔
Try a 10 pound sledge hammer
I thought that was Joe Biden at the start, turns out it's KC!
10:10 ну порежьте вы бензорезом ту плиту на куски. Что мучаться зубилом?
Come on stuart listen to your Dad..😂
How is Chang doing?
Doing good
Заебись! 👌
Tell your dad's it's no good trying to duck down halfway he was still in the way of the camera so much for a film star..
Dude, you will have worms in lungs from the mask!
В России сломали бы все здание и построили заново
