I got to the point of nearly selling my instrument. I was fortunate enough and found a somewhat decent job. Either way, I didn't quit and I had to dedicate my practice hours to feeding myself and other people.
I remember I gave up on this solo. I mastered even the super fast part at 0:26. However I got to arpegios and my God they where the hardest thing I have ever done. Like arpeggios are the reason why I can't do this song.

If is not fast forwarded, try to match FPS of your video to whatever software you're using. I've noticed that you've uploaded this video in 60 fps which is set by your render program. But in general, smart phones don't record video in 60 fps unless you've manually changed it. That mismatch can result in some frame jumping thingy in the outcome clip. So try changing your camera setting to 60 fps or re-adjust the fps value of your renderer. I don't doubt your play, try that if you're sick of false accusation.
Man, i missed your comment and just now figured this out myself hahah. That is exactly the issue i was having. The raw video was 50FPS and it was exported in 60.. Wish i had caught your comment earlier but thanks anyway haha!
Guys theres always been smthg that's troubling me.....I want to learn to play fast alternate picking guitar solos so should I practise the solos or practise alternate picking exercises first......I'm not a master at alternate picking but I'm not a beginner either

Get a metronome or at least a metronome app and start slowly. Play it clean, no distortion, slowly over and over. Gradually up the tempo until you reach a speed where you cant play it cleanly. Slow the tempo down just a bit then play it over and over and over until you can increase the temp. Rinse and repeat.
Its a tough solo on guitar for sure... But have you ever seen it on rock band one xpert. For god forbid guitar hero 5... One lf those songs thats somehow harder on the video game...

Pretty close. There is a point to where Gates's just goes ape shit with the timing of the fast picking parts. Just lightening bolt of a solo that needs both precision and fluid looseness.

I think the audios synced fine, but the playing is a liiiitle slow in parts - like the end of the sweeps. And in the fast section after the sweeps too
