Mongrel Ware 2 - V-Minion Mongrel & the Power Cheese

Having so many spare parts around I thought it would be fun to make a V- Minion out of as many spares parts as I could, just buying the custom bits. Unfortunately due to the very large amount of custom parts and fixings required for the V- Minion I ended up with a lot more spares. If anyone is considering doing this I would highly recommend buying the official RatRig Mechanical kit because it will probably save you a lot of time & money and retain the stock specification.
Anyway, being a Mongrel it allowed me to inject some of my own design ideas.
1. I really did not like the Stock External Electronics Enclosure and a respected friend did say it was tight and the incorrect cooling fan position did not cool the RPI effectively. I also wanted a versatile machine where the Power supply could be contained and carried around within the original product footprint but could be detached for use in an enclosure. The result.....The Power Cheese!
The whole assembly of the Power Cheese is based on the PSU thread fixings, so the PSU forms a sort of strong chassis and minimises parts and cooling. The RPI is lid mounted so when closed the single cooling fan blows air over both the RPI & the stepper drivers.
2. I also did not really get on with the EVA so I designed a derivative of my Mini Boothy with an integrated Probe Fan duct and improved wire management.
3. Other various mods, mainly to tidy up the wire management which did not seem to have much thought applied to it.
4. I also designed a horizontal cable chain assembly to allow clearance for the Power Cheese when docked but protected the Heat Bed feed cables.

Very smart and clean! I don’t suppose you could be persuaded to do a write up of follow up video explaining its assembly and integration into the main unit? Hang the STL anywhere?
