@@eleanorrigby41 im sure its just some downplay by the world government but if roger and garp defeated the rocks pirates, then luffy who barely beat an older but more experienced kaido w the help of 10 other people, getting knocked out 4 times and a lunch break, then i think that he still needs to adapt more to g5 and improve his haki before he’s at rogers level
