It sounds creepy because this is how people who don't know what they're doing sound - they make up this huge elaborate situation that is very contrived, and it would come across like that in real life, probably. If a woman wants a guy to commit to her then she can’t make it all about this testing. It’s fine if it is limited, but if she’s constantly testing him, he isn’t going to have time or energy left to compete out in the world. You don't need to ask her "can I have sex with you?" that makes it sound like are you are asking your mum for some ice cream. Maybe a better way to ask (if you really feel you have to ask) is, "Do you want to have sex?" or "are you ready for sex?"
This takes the pressure off her doing something for you and focuses on what she wants and how she feels. Realise that she is dying to have sex with you too, it's not just something that she is doing for you.
Maybe that is why this comes across as creepy, you are trying to GET a certain outcome, not realising his much she wants that too. Sounds like you are thinking of her teasing you, but if you tease her she might be asking you for sex. Give her a hint of something she wants (like a kiss) and then take it away, leave her wanting more.
You are probably focusing too much on the 'spectacle' or show of dominance, with the while kneeling thing. And the whole getting pre-approval for everything that you might want to do during sex sounds so contrived it makes me want to vomit.
If you want to know if she is ok with something, you can just ask her in the moment, "do you mind if I do this?" "Do you like ____?" and if you're going to spank her or something you can tell her to let you know if/when it is too hard. It is amazing what most women can take, almost to the point of hurting them (which you don't want to do).
You can also let her know that she doesn't have to do anything uncomfortable and to let you know if she doesn't like something, is uncomfortable or in pain, etc. Sometimes it's hard to know if she is moaning from pain, pleasure or pleasurable pain, you want to make sure she is comfortable letting you know what she likes and doesn't like.
You need to be paying attention to her the whole time, this is why asking her can be a bit over the top. You should be able to figure it out. If you are unsure, just ask her.
Of course you don't need to all the crazy stuff in the first time. You can try new and more adventurous stuff as you get to know each other better and are more comfortable with each other. You aren't going to live out your wildest fantasies in the first date (well you might, but don't count on it). Good sex comes from an understanding, which is usually built up over time.

I am a 70+ year old male. I've had 70 plus partners in my life. I would say that everything Victoria says here is accurate. The primal is powerful. No two women are exactly alike, so if you find the combination that works for a woman, work with it. Most men are far too timid. Women DO NOT like timid. They like strong, powerful, and direct. I realize it is hard because our culture had vilified this kind of masculine power but it is what most women crave. The first time I looked a woman directly in the eyes while pulling a handful of her hair, I felt her massive erotic response. That was the day I knew the secret to her. She was putty in my hands after that. It was almost scary how docile and submissive she became. Much later she told me, that was all she wanted was a man to take charge and mean it. To be in control and yet, at the same time, she felt safe to release her own control and be a full woman. This is hard for many men and it is not easy to fake, women can sense hesitancy or timidity. For me, it is the essence of male self control. I know my power, yet I use it judiciously in a way that makes her know that she is both safe but dominated. I am fairly young and just getting into things, but I was lucky enough to find a much more experienced partner who was patient (and self-aware) and taught me to do these things she liked and to have the confidence to make it work so to speak, and I believe I've had that moment of 'the massive erotic response' you mention. I think the "I'm too cool to chase you" attitude is the result of a dating market where most women only go for the top 10% of guys. Chasing women as an average guy is a losing game 9/10. It's much more effective, in my experience, to be confident and express interest, but drop anyone who isn't interested like a bad habit. Be yourself, speak up about what you want, and don't waste energy in people who don't share than enthusiasm.
Just be yourself and have good calm happy energy and mostly girls get drawn to you
