Psychopath Ren is a sight to behold and tremble at lol. The bloke is a superb all round performer and it's a joy to see when others find him and discover his talents. You will find as you go down the rabbit hole that most of Ren's videos are done by his mates Samuel and Josh, Samuel Perry-Falvey has recently won awards for his videography, the videos almost always live and on the cheap without the backing of some huge music label. Atmospheric is his go to and he really gets into his roles Ren usually makes all his own beats and produces everything but at the time Sick Boi was in the pipeline he was broke and wanted to get a beat and re-arrange it which is something he'd done before, to make it more "his" he said. We are a fairly easy going lot in the UK takes a lot to get us riled but when we do, we go all out :)

I've known Ren's music since about 2018 or 19, thanks to my daughter. I'm a 56 year old German. My daughter passed away, but Ren is still here. The first song of his she played to me was Jenny's tale, and then Screech. I've been around a few different settings in my life, and it blew my mind how versatile and brilliant he was, and that my 17 year old daughter was so captivated by him - fully understandable!! And to see this community grow around that man who speaks so much of what is on all our minds is truly one of the blessings for me to go on, to move forward. It was interesting when you said ‘imagine it was Kendrick..’ I think generally you have to listen to Ren from a whole new perspective. As you dive into the Ren rabbit whole you realise he’s not confined to any genre even on a song to song basis, so you have to not have any preconceived ideas like ‘this is a rap song do it will sound like this..’ ‘oh this is a reggae song do it will sound like this…’ he somehow utilises whatever style/genre to make something unique and amazing. Just sit back and enjoy the experience. 👍
Yeah but I think this is what seperate fans from artists. Your take isn’t wrong I just don’t fully agree. All art has inspiration and just because a bar or a sound sounds like another artist doesn’t take away from one’s greatness. Ren is amazing but in music it’s hard to do something that hasn’t been done fully. As great as he is and I’m sure even he will tell you thre and inspirations from other artist that made him who he is. I don’t go into reaction or any artist with preconceived notions because you have to be open minded. While his style is new and refreshing you’d be lying to yourself if you say you don’t hear those influences in his music nor is there anything wrong with saying “hey that sounded like something so and so would say” 🥤stay sippin🥤

Psychopath Ren is a sight to behold and tremble at lol. The bloke is a superb all round performer and it's a joy to see when others find him and discover his talents. You will find as you go down the rabbit hole that most of Ren's videos are done by his mates Samuel and Josh, Samuel Perry-Falvey has recently won awards for his videography, the videos almost always live and on the cheap without the backing of some huge music label. Atmospheric is his go to and he really gets into his roles
Ren usually makes all his own beats and produces everything but at the time Sick Boi was in the pipeline he was broke and wanted to get a beat and re-arrange it which is something he'd done before, to make it more "his" he said. We are a fairly easy going lot in the UK takes a lot to get us riled but when we do, we go all out :)

I've known Ren's music since about 2018 or 19, thanks to my daughter. I'm a 56 year old German. My daughter passed away, but Ren is still here. The first song of his she played to me was Jenny's tale, and then Screech. I've been around a few different settings in my life, and it blew my mind how versatile and brilliant he was, and that my 17 year old daughter was so captivated by him - fully understandable!!

It was interesting when you said ‘imagine it was Kendrick..’ I think generally you have to listen to Ren from a whole new perspective. As you dive into the Ren rabbit whole you realise he’s not confined to any genre even on a song to song basis, so you have to not have any preconceived ideas like ‘this is a rap song do it will sound like this..’ ‘oh this is a reggae song do it will sound like this…’ he somehow utilises whatever style/genre to make something unique and amazing. Just sit back and enjoy the experience. 👍
Yeah but I think this is what seperate fans from artists. Your take isn’t wrong I just don’t fully agree. All art has inspiration and just because a bar or a sound sounds like another artist doesn’t take away from one’s greatness. Ren is amazing but in music it’s hard to do something that hasn’t been done fully. As great as he is and I’m sure even he will tell you thre and inspirations from other artist that made him who he is. I don’t go into reaction or any artist with preconceived notions because you have to be open minded. Usually it’s a contract they draw up but what makes it worse is this a generic default contract with the platform he is on so he should know that and I think he did he’s just playing stupid because he didn’t have the money. A few details regarding the beat down:
- Sick Boi was the title track of his first album that was number one in the UK charts.
- The heavy breathing at the beginning of this song is an intensified version of the beginning of Sick Boi (you can still find the vid if you want 😉).

- The unlicensed Sample in the Beat Ren bought from Kujo, is a Bulgarian Choir.
- Quite difficult to understand but the choir in this video sings something about a stolen sample.
- Did you notice that for a few frames Ren is tied to the chair at 2:21. Cause Kujo has taken Sick Boi hostage.
- And finally: Kujo girlfriend besides all the fake news and a fake extract from the contract posted something like she wanna break Ren's kneecap. This contributed to her appearance in this video

I think technically it was not the brand Kool Aid but it does not matter.
