Hey Chris, sorry you’re having so much trouble with the Koi in your pond but it looks like you’re on it. Your babies are looking great. It’s so much fun to see what you get. Good luck with your choices. You always do a great job with that. Take care.😃🎏
Thanks so much Joey I appreciate that. I try my best with the Fry I would love if you could put your input if I do a live on which ones to keep from last year's .
I'm So happy for you to have some new nice Shubunkin. They looking really good! I hope it will all be alright again soon and you can ENJOY your Koi without be concerned. Thumbs up 👍🙏🤞
Man you were busy buddy, man all those young fry are beautiful. Looks like the summer breeding was a success. I also love the flowers between the ponds you got there. They are beautiful and makes the pond look very nice. Great video Chris 😁👍
Glad the Koi are on the mend. The fry look great. Would love for you to do a live, so we can respond in the moment. Can you ship to the states yet? Talk to you soon my friend. Looks great!!!!! ❤ Awesome update❤
Sorry to hear your koi are having problems, it's always something but it looks like you caught it in time so hopefully they will be ok, I see some really nice looking baby shubunkins in there, it's going to be fun picking out of them so I can't wait to see your next video.
A video or live is your call on that side. A live definitely sounds fun as a viewer but might not be as fun for you. I'm sorry for the troubles with the pond, but it definitely could have been much worse. Thanks for sharing Stubbs one day I will get my hands on some of your fish.
Seems like the koi are recovering well, hope they continue and will be ok! So out of all those shubunkin fry, you're only keeping 5? Geez, that's going to be hard! I see some nice red and black on a few of them. Sorry to hear it's been so hectic, hope you're doing ok. Thanks for sharing, and hi Marlie 🙂
Hi Stubbs 👋 I recently discovered your Chanel through my search for information on keeping Odessa Barbs, you have some really great videos, I also keep shubunkins, I live in Australia, so I can have them In my out door pond year round, I have ordered some Odessa Barbs, and Pentazona Barbs to put in my 4 foot tank, New subscriber here😃, Looking forward to seeing all the updates on all of your beautiful fish, thanks for sharing it all with us ❤
Oh wow. Thanks so very much Sorry for the late response. You definitely could keep Odessa year round where you are. . I have never kept pentazona barbs.. I may yet My favorite is the Arulius Barb which you could also keep outside. I would love to see your set ups. Thanks again for your kindness and support. Means a lot. Again, sorry for the late response. Been building an indoor pond
Looks like some interesting patterns on some of those shubunkin fry. Will be interesting to see how they develop over the next few months. Hope the koi are doing OK. It's always a bit frightening when your fish don't look quite right and you're not sure why. 👍🏻
They are looking a lot better and acting normal but still some redness. They have stopped jumping and flashing but I think I should do one more pp treatment this week
You've been busy mate. I will not be offering my opinion on which Stubbumbkins to keep and which not to. Every time I see one that I think is a keeper, you put it in the cull bucket.
I would definetely measure amonia and nitrate before treating. On the other hand you have a lot more experience than me on treating fish. I have done it once.😂😂 I am looking forward to see those fry grow and the next culling video.😀👍
@@stubbsaquatics6080 yes, I know. I got PP poisoning at the age of 14. TBH I feel physically ill every time I see a video about PP treatment. But on the other hand I have proven that it is possible to keep koi without a poison that has a warning lable on it that it must not come into natural bodies of water as it is toxic to aquatic environments. I do not know If you have that warning signs in Canada thou.
@@greenmachinesweden I get it at a water treatment facility. I would prefer not to use it but would rather use this than most... Especially formalin... We both know what that is made of.. . They are doing way better now
