@@jeremy5338 hes talking about stuff getting in the water pump system but you dont have to worry i dont know if its the same on every year model but my 95 sl750 will shut off if there is no flow going threw the system but thats if its plugged up if its not pluged up and it can still circulate it will stay on even out of watter, this has actually happen to me before but if it isnt the same im pretty sure on all polaris jet skis with that electronic gauge will beep when over heating

not good on that fuji motor. get the water hose connection to blow out the cooling and you should be fine.
