Recognizing Living History: Virginia Beach's Seatack community

What it means for one Virginia Beach neighborhood to officially be "historic." The stretch of Birdneck Road between Interstate 64 and General Booth Boulevard is known as Seatack, just east of Naval Air Station Oceana.
