The meat tasted exactly the same. If someone gave it to me, I would not have known it was fried in an air fryer. Now the green plantain, it's not as crispy as when it's deep fried, but you won't be missing the fried one. The sweet plantain, I actually like it better in the air fryer. They normally tend to soak up a lot of the oil when deep fried. But when it's air fried there's no oil to soak up. Remember, portion size. Every thing in moderation.
