When we dance should we couple always give contact pressure to each other? Is there any case pulling hand contact each other?

Very useful information 🤩. IMHO, an additional problem is how to improve the connection to the floor; that movement comes from the feet and how to avoid pressure thru the hands (especially if it's stressful). Which basic exercises may help?

Thank you! Hands will always have a big role in ballroom, so in my opinion you can’t dance without “pressure” (I am assuming that with “pressure” you mean strength), but of course we need to avoid bad usage of the arms. For this, you can try some exercises to improve body connection with your partner and body weight transfer from foot to foot. Try making small movements in body contact without using the hand connection and practice lead and follow in this way! Let me know if it helps you!
