But usually what helps if every three seconds you will try to recover your frame to starting one, even if you feel that you still holding everything right. You can lose you frame due tiredness, or if you partner pulling or pushing you somehow, or if you placed you feet in a wrong way. So you need to check that in each move, because you frame can change due different circumstances
Hi . I have a serious suggestion. I teach novice dancers who are keen to improve. I ask them to study your excellent videos and practise at least once per day in front of a mirror . One if these lady pupils made a very interesting point. Looking in the mirror, she doesn't see exactly what you're demonstrating on her phone. It's a mirror image so reversed left to right . What would be very useful is a video demonstration of the lady's position which looks the same on the phone as appears when practising in front of a mirror . I've not seen any teaching videos which do this. Phil samways
