    I think you meant to say terminal arrival area instead of minimum safe altitude

    Your procedure turn has to be to the "RIGHT".
    WAKE UP!
    Fly the heading of 224 for one minute, then, make a right turn to the heading of 042, to intercept the Radial 269 inbound.
