If you are using the classic editor it has the desktop and mobile version and if is the editor x it has breakpoints, either one you will have to manually optimize the mobile version hope i understood your question. Is it possible to make Wix buttons responsive, whenever I press any button it will take 1 to 2 seconds to open any page Why is Wix so slow?
It could be your cookies, you might need to clear your browser also depends on what kind of content you have on the page many times having lots of pictures or videos that are not optimize can do this problem, on my end usually Wix pages are fast and slow when i do have many pictures that are not optimize. If you have many pictures use shortpixel website is free for 50 pictures per month and you can for example take a picture that is 25mb to 10kilobites.
