Im sure they work on this together and its not like she just comes up with these "stupid questions" here and now. • @Firebug7191
      @Firebug7191 3 года назад +37

      Its complicated when it comes to first responders. Especially with firefighters. They legally cannot say dead because they dont have MD behind their name. They can only say what they observed. So for instance. If someone falls and breaks their leg. The bone can be sticking out of the skin and they STILL cannot say its a broken leg. They would have to describe it as they see it. If they were to say broken leg they can be hit with malpractice. When a paramedic pronounces someone deceased they aren't even making the call. They have to relay all information over the radio or phone to the ER and a doctor will advise them to pronounce the patient.

Some said George did something wrong I don't care... there's no excuse for someone else to take matters into their own hands and take someone's life in front of life.. if it were your family I would do the same for you. so with that being said what's understood doesn't need to be explained.

For the most part you can use the standard of “obvious death”, such as rigormortis, decapitation, decay etc. but speaking from the case of George Floyd he does not come close to anything obvious. I don’t know any paramedic who would call a time of death etc without contacting their base hospital outside of obvious death; which even then everyone does.

Who told them the patient wasn’t in the proximity? When do the police think they even announced GF was being arrested? What was the cops line of thinking to get him into the car/or even laying him down. What would have been the procedure if G.F. would have still been breathing? Regular programming would be pushed out to local stations from the network, and local stations would replace it with the trial coverage, which wouldn’t have accompanying titles. Then, when the local station uploaded to YT, the original captions got embedded with the trial coverage.

Many people in the US want a real fascist police state, and are actually upset when they see that the people are forcing the system to change when it no longer serves the people. They call it "public opinion and political pressure". Damn right it is. They want the letter of the law to be followed, as it is written by police unions, which of course will allow the police to publicly execute people they don't like, and allows murderer cops to murder again with their frat buddies. And if you don't like it you must be one of those dirty criminals! It will change.

      @Anna. It is really scary to be a witness. Lord knows how many people are starring at you as you speak. No matter how many
      times you testify, I've never heard anyone say it is a
      cake walk. Then when the atty asks questions that could have a million meanings, and you know what you say can impact a nation, pretty intense.
      Throat gets dry, mouth gets dry. We know either outcome is going to have a huge impact on the nation. Who wants that on their shoulders. Those questions could have been straight forward and not leading. It is the attorney's job to manage the witness, not the witness' job to manage the attorney. No other attorney presented such a horrible exam and they did not lead the witness.
      These professionals that work together in this city are terrified to implicate someone they have to work with. People end up in an "accident" for much less than that. So being a witness is tough.
