Its thousands of artist that go thru this . Even prince went thru it and he was successful. The key is to produce all your own work and create your own buzz . These dudes could sing but they didnt have work ethic and expected the label to make them successful. They 40 years old and still complaining.. of course andre Harrell ran from them.
Nefer khnumu Builders Society - Wtf you mean? How did you expect them to do anything for themselves?! They were all under 21, their youngest brother / Jase - being the lead singer and 14 at the time, so yeah. You could say that leaning on Heav was their only option. Sad but like a famous producer once said "There's a lot of people out there with great talent that all want fame in the business...they fail because they know music but don't know business....they find out too late after their career dies that it's a reason why it's called "The Music Business.."

"All in my mind" was crazy 🔥🔥
Justin Faircloth Spend the Night ..... YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tell people that album was great! If you want it too. Quite a few!
I appreciate this...Sad that we've forgot about real music..Im regressing my play list!! Bcuz I was just reminded its trash!!
I am so happy they are all still alive. Having each other is probably the best thing. So many artists from that era is dead.
I love the music they’ve contributed to our genre. I must admit, I was shocked to see how they’ve grown 😳
Jerome Brooks I’m grown grown boo
When dude in the red hat talk for some reason I feel the need to buy some insurance 🤔
Lol
I'm thinking he end up getting a new career long term🤷 lol
MacVar that’s leader shit right there
LMAO savage
He does have the gift of gab...when he talk you just gotta stop and listen. He the family spokesman for sure 😅
I truly enjoyed this interview. Just listening to them speak was on point. Their voices are soothing.
I respect how the lead singer let his brothers talk and get the most shine during the interview 💯💪🏽 that’s love , a lot of lead singers let leadership get to their heads . Family or not
RIP Hev but, he couldve taken better care of those dudes! Brother is their manager, they had the same lawyer! Complete conflict of interest!!
I'm weak at these "red hat" "white hat" "black hat" references. Lol.
I'm the only one that seem to know the members name
Naj_Singhs Lmaooooo! Me too. 😭😭😭
🤣🤣

Those wounds sound fresh. C tha god please teach them how to heal and move on. They probably got a fire album under all that pain.
Don't nobody want no 50 year old boy band
@@thatlsk lies!!!! I would be.
thatlsk as long as it’s grown music and not teenie bopper, I would support them. This is my childhood right here.
@@thatlsk It would be an R&B Group. I'm all for that. If you go to live shows groups are better especially when each member can carry a set.
@@thinkAboutIt1x these old heads can't sing anymore, they can't hit the high notes
Much love for this group, Heavy D found a gem when he discovered these guys. RIP Heavy D.
A damn shame what happened to them! 🎶Candy Rain is my jam!!!! 🎶 Great interview BC👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Kristmaz808 be talking so fast his empty brain can’t even keep up he be stuttering and shi
Well they're not answering the fucking questions
@Jerome Brooks stop being thirsty punk
They look like they’ve been through A lot no shade at all . Glad to see they’re still around 🙏🏾
I see comments regarding how much they have aged. I hope y'all realize how long it been since they first came out. I wouldn't say they aged badly. They look like grown A$$ men now. I mean...they were kids then so what do people expect. Im glad to hear their side and really enjoyed this interview
Erica Nyree they were very young but they do look quite aged like life really got them. But it’s good to see them.
Zee zee 6 ....yes I do see where you are coming from. The dark skinned one looks really aged the most. Even the youngest brother looks older than the one that's doing all the talking.
@@ericaa4720 i think they just have old faces. They jad them them. They were loved cause of their hits and singing voices
gospelevans... I loved their music and still do. I don't care about what they look like now. So I see where you are coming from.
Erica Nyree Exactly what I was thinking the only one that looks ok is the one in the red hat who’s talking. Maybe it’s me but the young one also the second brother looks disinterested or maybe b it’s there brothers talking a lot why they can’t get a word in..?
Here's the lineup: James Evans, Bun B, Noreaga and RedMan
😂😂😂
Nooooo!!!! 😂😂😂😂 Hilarious!!!
💀⚰
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Great great interview. Thanks breakfast club for giving them the chance to give their side of the story. Everyone deserves that. ❤️

They dnt wanna talk bout that sensitive topic. Maybe raz
I always listen to this song Candy Rain glad to hear their story. These brothers are still alive and together it's a blessing.
The youngest one high af...what is he staring at lol
EXACTLY😂😂😂. It look like he don't want to be there.
Look like he couldn't get a word in and said forget it 😂
Andrea Johnson he's trying to moonblink Angela Yee lol
I had the same thought, and he was staring right into the camera at times
He's looking out the window into the lobby...duh
I was a little kid when candy rain came out and still love that song! This was a good interview wish them much success
Kita P go peep Jase’s solo project “If You Feel Like Me: The Mixtape” by Jase4Real
Soul for real interview was sad. They were blackballed and ripped off. They didn't have a chance to succeed
And I’m the end, Heav took their shit and ran with it and left them to die in The Rain.

Sad but like a famous producer once said "There's a lot of people out there with great talent that all want fame in the business...they fail because they know music but don't know business....they find out too late after their career dies that it's a reason why it's called "The Music Business.."
Jase4real has a really good mix tape out. In my opinion its a hit album. People really need to check it out
