It probably could have been handled differently but the other side would have needed to be reasonable. The way they split was necessary for today to be possible. Not every situation can be salvaged. Kevin said it perfectly in the beginning, they’ve learned to create something new in a lane so many are in, that’s why this show is so damn good and refreshing.
Kevin talks about abundance theory. His mindset is set to abundance. Everyone can achieve what they dream because there’s lots of room for everyone, multiple champs, multiple winners. Those who are at that level already knows who they are. 😮 Kevin spittin’ wisdom!!!
My favorite part of this episode came around the 30:00 mark. Egos ruin a lot of relationships. I have 8 friends that I’ve kept in my circle for over a decade. ALL of us are successful, some more than others. That being said, we’ve never bumped heads over finances and frivolous things. We make it work and use one another’s title, position, or influence.
Kevin spoke 💯 percentage FACTS on social media. People take it WAYYY too seriously when it's not a real place. The block button exists for a reason if you're getting overwhelmed. Stop putting so much stock in the high of instant gratification. Handle your business without the influence of outside sources who don't even know you.
Great podcast. I appreciate the cast. I have to express what Kevin made clear - it is important to ask concise and clear questions. Sometimes there is an opportunity to do this better, especially with the level of guests that they are having. Interviewing skills is a real thing.
When Kevin said " if I could get that 7 minutes of my life back I would sign up for it" I cried laughing. The pivots these guys take are hilarious, serious, and entertaining.
Started watching these guys after seeing them on The Breakfast Club Radio. First and only Podcast I watch. Love how Channing brought some humor into this interview.
Omg this episode was perfect mix of everything! Insight, wisdom and straight up comedy! There is something real special and genuine about their bond. Love it!
Chan is so underrated. Everything he does is calculated and his questions are almost always on point. The guy is really intelligent. Loved the interview but just for the record AI is from Newport News not Philadelphia lol.
As an entrepreneur, I have to say... Kevin's perspective on ego and ownership is absolutely 100% GEMS. This interview is up there with EYL's Pinky Cole interview!! This is Top Tier 🤌🏼
Channing gets a lot of heat; however, his humor & authenticity is what is needed. I have come to truly enjoy it. By far, this is my favorite podcast. I’m so glad that I have been rocking with the show since its inception. Keep rocking fellas & bringing the heat. 🔥🔥🔥
Channing, Channing, Ohhhh Channing! You will not kill me or get me sacked from my job. Damn! I thought I’d never laugh harder at your antics but you just raised the bar! And to me, this is what sets the Pivot apart. After that round with you, Kevin mellowed down and became more human and relatable. I think that’s the value you bring to the show! Your harebrained, albeit improper questions shocks the guest to forego any preconceived idea or plan about how the chat would go and just become human, someone who’s among allies sharing stories. This was a great episode, even more so than the one with Shaq! Can’t wait for you to pull DJ.
He mentioned the Michael Beasley episode. For anyone here that hasn't watched it, you need to. I was in tears. Very raw and almost heartbreaking to see someone who really has given up on the idea that anyone might actually genuinely care about him. He's even skeptical of the guys on the show. As for this episode. Great as always. Great to hear Kevin's outlook on success, creating it, and the POV perspective on your own life.
I’ve seen every IAA and the pivot episode and obviously every episode has been inspirational. The Michael Beasley episode really was important. It’s heartbreaking to see where he’s at mentally, and also infuriating, he certainly has nobody in his life that cares enough to bite the hand that feeds them
This gave me a whole new level of respect and perspective for Kevin Hart. He’s a humble soul and still managed to make me laugh while dropping some top tier knowledge
I work remotely and I have to honestly say that Y’all get me through the work day with the interviews. The authenticity in these interviews is such a breathe or fresh air.
RC, Channing, Fred, & Kev…thank you guys for being authentic and for dropping 💎! The first 85% kept my attention and the last 15% made my heart smile, you all are great in this element, I pray for continued success for each of you and your mediums! 🙏🏾

Great podcast. I appreciate the cast. I have to express what Kevin made clear - it is important to ask concise and clear questions. Sometimes there is an opportunity to do this better, especially with the level of guests that they are having. Interviewing skills is a real thing.
Kevin Hart face everytime Channing spoke after his first question was priceless... like he had to prepare himself
When Kevin said " if I could get that 7 minutes of my life back I would sign up for it" I cried laughing. The pivots these guys take are hilarious, serious, and entertaining.
My first thought was like that was at least 15 minutes bruh I cringed so hard I was sweating and he just kept leaning into it....truly priceless lmao
Bro I loved how real and genuine this episode was. I feel like Kev is always dropping gems. But son at 40 minutes or so I almost lost it😂😂😂😂
I swear I lost it. Listened to it again. And died
Legit gut laughter..
After Kev said "I don't know what that means, and I don't want you to keep going"..
I had to pause it.
Mr. Hart....holla at your Sistah because we love and support you as a swimmer
KEVIN HEART IS JUST PERFECT FOR “SHOW BUSINESS” RIGHT NOW IN GENERAL. HE’S A TRUE STUDENT OF THE GAME AND HE LOVES TO EVOLVE AND JUST BE BETTER.
The amount of gems Kevin Hart dropped is insane. Any dream chasers out there pay attention. He giving you the blue print.
My face hurts from watching the last 30 mins of this podcast. No 🧢. Kev’s reactions are just gold!
That was an amazing conversation. And the interaction between Kevin and Channing had me in tears 😭 😂😂
41:15 😂😅🤣WTF? That guy looked so normal! Poor Kevin looks stunned!
This was a brilliant episode. Channing's hard pivot was amazingly handled by everyone especially Kevin.
The thing they do so well is , they ask a question, then let the guest TALK! Thank God
I am glade I work overnight because I am crying
Kev is not humble lol
Lmao humble? Biggest ego of them all but I'm still a fan
I love how Kevin keeps the “teaching moments” tone, which is even funnier!! Thanks for a great time!!
I work remotely and I have to honestly say that Y’all get me through the work day with the interviews. The authenticity in these interviews is such a breathe or fresh air.
Soo you're watching them while you're supposed to be working???
@@Tee-kc3pn I listen while I’m working lol. Im still looking at computer lol.
RC, Channing, Fred, & Kev…thank you guys for being authentic and for dropping 💎! The first 85% kept my attention and the last 15% made my heart smile, you all are great in this element, I pray for continued success for each of you and your mediums! 🙏🏾
It was hart 😂 see its punny
Your guy’s podcast is gonna go down as one of the most legendary podcasts ever.
This podcast is one of the best I love listening to. Much blessings on your continual success. Keep dropping these gems podcasts. Kevin's interview lays out the foundation on whats require to succeed in life regardless of where you came from, and provides the directional energy outcomes of your effort to the best of his abilities. Its truly a masterpiece.
The rate of growth this POD has had so quickly, to level of attracting this tier of guest is unprecedented. Shout out to the fellas
Season 1...shits crazy
With Channing Freaky Questions and Kevin’s personality I just CANT 😭🤣
As a fan of Brandon Marshall and how he was ahead of his time with mental health issues during the latter stages of his career, I admit I had my doubts about how successful The Pivot could be. I was wrong, these guys clearly have chemistry and Channing Crowder is an absolute star and national treasure.
Think about the ego conversation they had and why everyone splits up
123% agree RS..great comment!!
@@rjharrold2907 Facts...Perfect example
@@rjharrold2907 u can definitely see with this podcast they left the ego behind on IAA. They all play they role !
Fred Chan and chad definitely made the show B marsh definitely drop the ball letting them go I am athlete is not the same even though pacman and shady hold there own
Bro Kevin’s face here after hearing what’s been told to him, has me dead 💀 50:12
This is Epic! Loving the Way That These Guys Are Bringing Real Conversations To The Forefront of Entertainment!
The conversation starting at 41:20 is hilarious!!! When Kevin looked above his glasses and looked around I lost it. 🤦🏿♂️😂🤣😂🤣😂😂😂🤣😂😂
😂🤣🤣💀💀💀Hollering!! 💀🤣
Man…….Kevin Hart really gave you guys huge props! He’s also dropping nuggets as he speaks. I can’t say it enough…..Pivot podcast is next level!
Big ups to you guys!!!!
This is absolutely great!!! Channing…BRUH… 😂.
I thought Kev was gonna leave for a sec there. His reactions “priceless”😂😂😂.
A great interview really appreciate Kevin’s outlook on “building”. That’s what it’s all about.
The more and more I watch you’ll show, RC was a no brainer! Y’all three together is a great match up. RC interviewing/host skills are getting better and better with each episode!! Good job fellas!! 💯
Agreed 👍
Freddie threw Kevin a heads up on the rock
@@jamesthomes303 Right, a closed mouth doesn't get fed.
Behind the jokes (that literally rip my stomach apart), I always knew Kevin Hart worked his ass off. This is the first time I've really heard him so candid and dropping profound knowledge.
Guy's a living legend.
Kev pulling his shades down with the WTF look is GIF gold 😂 42:10
GIF is exactly where my mind went lmfao!
right and looked at Fred like help me lol
I think everyone is happy with pivot podcast. Not only should somebody throw a podcast awards show but let y’all host it 💯💯
When Crowded said “you gotta have the look” I was crying!!! Just pure comedy with Channing
Seeing Kevin Hart serious & funny in one interview is PURE GOLD
Channing needs to be protected at ALL COSTS😂
