    This video was posted to my page about one month ago. Most people who do urban explorations understand that you're taking a risk entering these places. One risk is the possibility of getting caught for trespassing. My partner who also filmed this location with me was contacted by the owner of this property. To make a long story short, he is allowing us to keep our videos on RUclips but wanted us to put a disclaimer upfront, instructing people not to enter onto this property, it was either that or remove the videos all together. So here is the new uploaded version with the disclaimer. If possible, always try and get permission to film locations and take caution and respect the property. Sorry for the mishap.

    My partner and I who filmed this location were contacted by the owner of this location. He requested that we remove the video or add a disclaimer upfront warning others not to trespass as it is private property. This was a really cool historic place so instead of removing the video, i reuploaded it with a disclaimer.

    They built that place to last a long time...too bad about the fire. From the look of the front, the extra thick brick walls and rock vault I thought it might have been a bank at first. The spiral staircase is amazing . I wonder why it is not rusted through. It looked to be in good shape. Really enjoyed this video , JP ....Another fun explore .

    Very dangerous, what a place thou. I would be afraid of some of those bricks falling down, they looked little iffy. Good find, good work. MJ

    That's so cool. quite the blast from the past. who owns it now? individual? company? what are their plans for it ? let it rot & maybe not let anyone see it, while it does? Great video. was the tunnel a way for the workers, who rode the train to get to the brewery?

    • @JPVideos81
      @JPVideos81  7 лет назад

      A private owner owns the property, it was last used in the 80s for a small business. Not sure what the tunnel was used for exactly but its a good possibility it was used by the railroad.

    Oi! I coulda told ya nobody uses that bridge anymore for like the last decade or more, I was visiting friends in Exeter last like um..11yrs.lol!😂❤😝 I want that spiral staircase though!.. and someone to install it and make it work in my house,lol! jk😂(I really doubt it would work in a small 100yr old structure/coal miner style home though,lol!)😂 I totally know this spot, but yeah..never poked around it obviously, pretty neato to learn about and see it all!❤

    • @JPVideos81
      @JPVideos81  6 лет назад

      Well you shoulda told me about the bridge before i attempted it lol

    • @Alustriallynn
      @Alustriallynn 6 лет назад

      lol! I was a lil too late to warn ya huh? 😂 I'm pretty sure nobody was walking/using that bridge for much longer than I know, my dad is from Exeter also, the house he grew up in is still standing and with being sorta close to the river actually is pretty amazing it didn't flood out to it's death during the last big flood out or any past for that matter, it's been updated and is lived in by whoever owns it today. But yeah, my dad has said "that old bridge has been closed down yrs ago" in the 90's!lol!) I can maybe ask him Monday about any more accurate info about the bridge he may remember. He's almost 73, so I'll ask, being curious myself now,lol!

      I believe the bridge is gone now. Wnep showed crews dismantling it months ago.

      oh damn! see I didn't go out there since like October last yr. and I don't always catch the news..but we took in my friends dog while she was in the hospital (Oct thru Dec. she was away and I was taking care of her too by Xmas) and I mentioned to ya in FB message, I'm dog sitting right now,lol! they/she is are out there today..wow, it's gonna be weird to not see it there when I go back out someday,lol! at least now that we also recently swapped our pick-up truck for a car, the dog can go for rides easier with us 3+dog to see his boy sometimes,lol! (my friends son is 18 now still living in Exeter and wants to stay, it sucks what's happened over the past year to them,worst year ever!) I know I'll be going out there again just a lot less often than I/we were.

      and I found it, yep! came down in October, and we took the dog at night time, he was in my lap all the way shivering so I was an occupied passenger,lol! I didn't even know it was going down..damn! never thought they would take it down due to it's age..but I guess it's safer, but anyone in the river here is crazy to begin with, I had 2 friends drown in it..
