True but I feel like folium Is easier to set up than modding a 3ds

EDIT: the app has been updated to have new settings and improvements, so i can’t verify whether these things are still true.
this is great coverage on where to find the app and how to download it, but having tested the app on my own device, i just can’t recommend it in its current state. as far as i can tell, there’s no configurable settings related to controls or audio, the performance is not playable in many games, crashes and freezes occur often, and stutters are by far more expected than any smooth operation. i strongly encourage donations to support development, but a $5 asking price for an incomplete, unpolished experience is not typical for emulators, and users will more likely than not be disappointed with their experience
I totally agree, the source code was totally copy-pasted, not paying $5 for now.

Yeap, tried it today and my thoughts completely reflect yours. Undecided if I'll try to get a refund or not as the more they are funded the more they will develop it. PPSSPP and Delta work brilliantly. I have a 14 Pro Max.

I have pokemon ultra sun download on to folium and every time I open it it leads to a black screen, any idea how to fix this

That MH4U performance is really really bad though.
I pass on that I have few unmodes 3ds and 1 modded, but I guess it’s good to have an emulator just to have the option

I have the same iPhone but my game doesn’t load, it’s there but it’s stuck on black screen
For anyone having the same issues - I just waited a few minutes and the game eventually loaded 😂 does load quicker after the first initial load and runs pretty smoothly with no issues so far!

@4:45 you mentioned that Apple restricts running applications with JIT (Just-In-Time compilation) which is very true. But I noticed that you had had your iPhone in battery saver mode. This lowers the performance of your iPhone down to a 3rd of what it’s capable of.
Yes this is true it’s much smoother with battery saver mode turned off! Hopefully I can do some game testing soon.

Any reason why one should choose this over Delta? Especially if it doesn't run games at full speed? How does it compare against other Emus on iOS?
because delta doesnt support 3ds emulation
Delta doesn't have 3ds but 3ds not there yet, kinda laggy most of the games.

Citras website has .7z Roms
I can't believe they're charging for this.. once you use a custom version of citra on android, anything else just sucks.
