Saw this a few hours ago. Downloaded SFA2G, SFA3 and Crash 2! Dang! Memories flooding back! This is insane!! Now to buy a 2nd hand controller and i’m good! Works brilliantly on ipad pro!
Just set this up on my 13” M4 iPad Pro. Upscaled every core to the max and it is just jaw droppingly good with the double layer OLED and aspect ratio which is friendly to both 16:9 and 4:3 games. Now I can ditch every handheld except those which can play PS2 or above and those which fit into my pocket. Pair up my iPad with the XBox Elite 2 / DualSense Edge and I am in retro haven.
Can you please also make an Apple TV (tvOS) RetroArch tutorial!! Thank you :) And perhaps a performance comparison between different Apple TV's for systems like N64 and PSP.
Such an amazing walkthrough. This is my first encounter with Retroarch, and I was able to stumble my way through getting games working and setting up custom controls, but this really helps streamline things. Would you be able to do a tutorial on getting the Cloud Sync working?

I'm a MAME guy since 1996 and I miss it. So I play around with Finalburn for the first time. Works very good but some classics are missing (Pole Position, Marble Madness...). Hope we will get MAME later.

Yes. You add games from your desktop or laptop computer. At this point I can't figure out how to add games from a mobile device like a phone or tablet, you need a full fat desktop os.

PPSSPP is also available for iOS. I do have a PSP and Vita, so I don’t need PPSSPP. I don’t need any of these apps. Only have a 64 GB iPhone SE 3 with 10 GB left. Most of my ROMs are on my modded PS Vita and Steam Deck. Then GameCube and PS2 games on my Z Flip 3 which I finally turned on again last night after a month being dead. Then Dreamcast games on my old Pixel 3. From my experience, the best type of retro games to play on a smartphone are Japanese turn-based RPGs. Like Grandia II for Dreamcast is perfect to play without the need of a DualShock 4 to connect with an iPhone or needing a Backbone. Puzzle games work too like Puzzle Bobble/Bust-a-Move and Chu Chu Rocket. It’s cool to play all these childhood games on our phones but like Anakin told Padmé in Revenge of the Sith, “I want more.” I want better PC handhelds that can play AAA titles with longer battery life.
As of right now, I cannot get all PSX games to run on RetroArch [mainly Persona 2 Innocent Sin]. I did everything in this video to the tee, and it only goes so far as to load the publisher/developer screens. No game loading at all, yet I can play Resident Evil 2 with no problem

How do I download the game

You should make a video on moonlight. Tried it out on the iPad and it’s great. Games run better, bigger screen, no noise, and lighter.
