Hi Ms Delila! I made oxtails many years ago. The texture was gelatinous and gummy. Was I doing something wrong? The flavor was amazing! An influencer I watch went to the Caribbean and she ate the most glorious oxtails. They looked so good and so does yours. I’m def going to give yours a try. Thank you dear. I love your recipes! ❤
can i ask what are oxtails because they look similar to pig feet? no offense too any one whom likes pig feet im not a fan and its not the taste that is the problem (Im autistic so if some food is lumpy like mashed potatoes or pig feet i cant eat it) again its not the taste because i did taste pig feet before and its good anyways nice reciepe i know this is a long shot but do you know what slush puppies are? well they stopped making those and i would love too see you show us how too make some if you can? i just love your channel!
