John admitted to some hearing lose after shooting MANY rounds without protection . The 5-20 rounds you'll fire are so unlikely to do any permanent damage. Furthermore, I like the aspect of alerting the neighbors. I think Kevin's idea is a platoon raiding his house. Because until you open up, they still won't know your location till you shoot. And most break ins are 1 to 3 people.
There is a large difference in hearing damage based on whether you were expecting the sound or not. So think about this, you might be expecting it, but your wife, your child, even your dog are completely caught off guard. By the way, there is almost never a case of a platoon raiding a house. That's 30-40 people. The likelihood of fratricide, even in highly trained individuals and units, is way too high. For a large house, it's likely going to be a squad. For a house with three or more stories they might send a second squad so they can leave men in each room to ensure nobody gets shot in the back. And even if you have just a fire team (4 guys) in your house, that knows what they're doing, no silencer is going to save you or conceal your position.

Is the secretive service (etc) really better off replacing ps90s and mp7s with an AR and intermediate catridge? Does everything post Clinton AWB need to be an AR?
Yes. Because as good as 5.7 and 4.6 are at penetrating armor, they suck at killing things unless you dump a mag.
Kevin: Have to open up the bolt face for 7.62*39, won't work.
Industry: let's put the wssm cartridges in an AR upper.
Wow same with my son, I have full and sole custody after being falsely accused of hitting her. Arrested and took $70k and years in courts but it worked out.
2A IS FREEDOM
How does this compare/why is this better than say the SIG Rattler? Or other similar short barreled 300 blackout rifle/pistol?
Suppressors are way over priced amd way over regulated as well I think that is why they can charge so much it’s like almost like a black market lol😊
I remember playing a game called ArmaIII and seeing the honey badger not knowing it was an actual rifle and thinking it was nice to see a 300 blackout in a video game. Unfortunately I can't afford a real honey badger, but I did inspire me to buy a AR pistol in 300 blackout.
I swear that picture of Colion is moving.....
Dammit, now I see it too 🤣

Makes me feel even better that I'm building a 300blk AR Pistol. My barrel is 10" though. I went shopping for a torque wrench the other day and told the guy helping me at the gun shop I was building in 300blk. He tried to trash my decision and asked why instead of 5.56. I was like because I want one Bi@%#!! Now I'm going to answer with what Kevin said in facts.
Nice! I'm building the same!
So many grey areas in 300blk. This is a great interview.
one of the biggest mistakes I made was making 556 SBRs, the short dwell time made them unreliable where my 7in in 762x39 was more reliable .
I'm running an 8.1" 5.56 from Spike's Tactical. Roughly over 1,000 rounds through it with no problems other than when I shot the gun bone dry (which was my own damn fault).
@@Knight_of_the_Old_Code ARs can run bone dry. Carbon is a dry lubricant, and Eugene Stoner knew that.
Love your channel, Colion! Thanks for the heads up on Kevin Brittingham! Stay safe!
