Great swim from Lochte. Almost perfect coming into every wall, just a little short at the end of the breaststroke, and great underwaters coming off. What a backstroke leg, almost .2 faster than his freestyle leg! My Spanish is rudimentary, but I could understand him being amazed after counting Lochte's dolphin kicks out of his freestyle turn. Haven't watched as much SCM as LCM, but I've never seen Phelps so far in a 25M pool. Now I'll have to dig for info.

His back was faster then his freestyle!
He is a better backstroker than a freestyler, he had a world record on 200 back, but also was faster because at the freestyle he was a little tired
