Glad they finally got the issue fixed on the Sig Randy. You've been battling that one for some time now. Now, give me a call and we'll go fishing. 😂🤣
Bought one as soon as I could get my hands on one, before anyone was talking about the leading. No problems at all thankfully. Shoots everything I've given it. Put a holosun on it and hits where it's pointed. Just lucky I guess cause we all know many people are having issues.
bought one 2 days ago and at 900 rounds it was smooth bore with lead shooting 4 inches off at 11 yards..
Bought a P322 last summer. No problems at all. Shoots great.
I have one. It was one of the very first ones that came on the market after watching your video I had to know for myself I took her to the range with 500 rounds. Somewhere copper wash somewhere lead summer stingers somewhere thunderbolt I put 500 rounds through it not a bit of lead and mine was very accurate at 30 feet on a 2 inch well a 3 inch bull’s-eye shooting off hand, I got about an inch group, but I really wasn’t trying for accuracy. I just wanted to see if it would lead it did not. I don’t understand why some lead and some don’t so I called sig, they told me nothing, but mine works
I took a chance on one. Got a insane deal on one that came with the romeo zero pro red dot and 4 Mags. Luckily, it's not one of the lemons. I swore I'd never buy a SIG again after the way they started treating people after the huge military contracts. And also beta testing on civilians then trying to brush the problems under the rug.
fact
Just bought one from other reviews, hopefully the issues you had are fixed as it's July 2024 now...
Could be a great gun if it gets fixed we sold ours a while ago, not gonna deal with it anymore
nice that they fixed yours. bought mine 2 days ago and after 800 rounds of coated ammo the barrel was smooth with lead..
Yea, I'm not sure about the 502 either. It's made by Umarex, the pellet gun company, lots of pot metal and mim parts, like the horrable Walther P22
6:13 that smarts doesn’t it 😂
Good that they fixed the issue with it man, now I can go buy one 😅
We took one for the team. Testing and evaluation complete lol.
8/10/23.
Good for 450 rounds in a row not a single failure
I have one and mine is a tank! I’ve come to the conclusion that the leading is caused by the ammo. Shooting copper plated .22 i my preferred choice but it only makes sense with lead tips it will lead up specially if it hasn’t been broken in yet. 500 rounds of copper plated and no issues then ran 200 lead .22 and still accurate but next I’ll be testing the nickel plated Federal punch!
Yeah I really don't think it's fixed it will lead up just keep shooting it thanks for the video 👍
That is what I’m thinking as well. I thought I would throw it back in the box on a good note so I never have to think of it again 🤣.
It would've been great if you would have been able to do a comparison from your "dangerous gun" video where you showed the front of the barrel where you claim it was leading up, to now not showing the barrel saying it was fixed. Seems a little suspect.
Wow! If Matthew made this video it would be soooo much better 😂
Get out of town! LOL.
My copy runs just fine. Spotty QC just like Sig is known for. Deny the issue even if it gets people shot.
Here is my 2 cents
I bought one played the lottery and won on no barrel fowling
The gun is a great suppressor host very little crap in your face
Here is the bad news!
It’s the most inaccurate 22 i own its all over the place no matter what ammo I use including SK standard which is my go to win money ammo
I agree. I try my hardest to get a tight group and its easier at 7 yards but I normally shoot critters at about 15-30 yards and this pistol makes that a challenge. I've found that higher velocity rounds work a little better but I shouldn't need to try so hard. The trigger isn't the best either. I just ordered the Armory Craft dual adjustable trigger so hopefully that helps a little more. Main reason that I wanted this gun was the 20 round mags. No issues with that at all.
With that failure to feed have you watched the video on how to load it and what a properly loaded magazine looks like vs a improperly loaded one.
The Sig 322 could be very dangerous for someone who do not know to check their barrel. A lot of lead could make the bullet to go haywire and shoot something you are not shooting at.
I brought this to their attention as well. I would say that stick around for future videos on this gun, but I've lost all interest in this one and will probably never shoot it again. Thanks for commenting!!
@@g4outdoors go getem brother. This gun is dangerous with these barrels. God bless.
Definitely a weird problem to have! My cheap self is definitely gonna stick with TX-22 though
better off this time.
I thought the same thing until I bought a 322..it shoots flawlessly 100 cci 325 automatch first night out
6:14 ouch
What kind of ammo are you using that makes all that smoke?
My P322 is the most unreliable gun I've ever owned/used. Sent it back to Sig twice and it's not any better
Well now this is a interesting video and a very interesting topic. I do not agree with you about the FN502 being the best 22 Superior to the p322. I bought the FN 502 tactical first and I do like it but the trigger sucks. The reset on the trigger is way too long and makes no sense to me why FN would put out a trigger like this. The p322 that I bought later has a much better trigger and I've never had a leading issue. I have shot mostly bulk ammo through it and somewhere around 6,000 rounds or more. I also own the Taurus TX 22 competition which is another gun that I would put ahead of the FN 502 but my favorite 22 semi-auto is definitely going to be the sig Sauer p322 all day long.
I’m still sticking with the 502! These videos are just our opinions videoed as facts lol.
FN is $100 more and holds less ammo.
you just got one of many issues with that model......my advise is to everyone, stay away fcfom this sig 322.......best 22 pistol is from M& P and the turaus tx22
Seems like you got the “one” bad gun. Nobody in the comments had leading issues, no other videos on RUclips had leading issues, just once in a while failures to feed, primer strike bad ammo. Nobody even had carbon build up until about 1000 rounds. My 1022 has to be cleaned after 150-200 rounds or failure to eject, stovepiping etc.
Been nice if they would of told you what they did to it so everyone knows.
Yup.
Dollar for dollar : FN509 or TX22 ?
I held them both.i bought the sig even at the same price no comparison..I'm not buying another.. umerax brick of shit..my Walther p22 cured me of that..the sig is the real deal!
Agree on the P22, what other is made by Umarex ?@@jpdaddy678
Get a mark 4 hunter.buy a great pistol.😊😊😊😊
With all due respect, I don't like seeing folks waving guns all over the place with others around. Loaded or not.
Crappy gun from a garbage company. 🤠
