Ive been looking at the Vanish... seems to be the best! Would you recommend this as a good business to be in? I want to add as a profit center to car detailing.
I really like it, has a very strong vacuum, I use it on those big star breaks. It’s a very good way to supplement your income , most insurance was will pay for the repair so here is o cost to the customer , very easy to sell when it’s free. If you want I can get you in touch with GT tools .
wow, that was amazing. how do you repair a chip that has had a past failed repair? i.e the crack is still visible but the pit is full of resin. just drill it back out? being careful not to drill to the laminated plastic in between the glass... do you need a special drill piece or is it possible with a standard hss if you are delicate? p.s - damn that was rough with the razor blade, i scratched my windscreen with one, so i round the corners/ edges now on the blade so it cant scratch.
I usually don't mess with those , if It looks like the cracks are not filled , I will try to drill out the pit and throw an injector over it to see if the resin will flow.
I have been watching a few of these videos. I noticed people are not 'drilling' into the holes with a dremel and carbide burr. Does this system not require the hole to be drilled?

Some breaks are very open and don't require drilling, some breaks are very tight and I would drill and pop them.
I drill 95% of the time.
