I bought a beautiful jacket, but it is thin and has no lining. I'd like it to have a lining, so I think I will try to make one. I am not at all a seamstress like my mom was, but she is not here anymore to do it for me. I hope I can pull it off. You did an amazing job with this step by step detailed tutorial. Thank you.

I have watched this video, a couple of times, she does make it look easy, I like the fact that the lining is not sagging, it looks very tailored, and finished, and she does make it look easy. She did a great job of explaining and demonstrating.

Thank you so much! I was wigging out a little about how I would make a gift for a friend special, by lining the jacket. I would have ended tearing out the stitches multiple times, along with my hair.
I usually prefer videos that are sped up, & don't have a lot of superfluous talking, but you were very articulate, & straight to the point. Just a very enjoyable tutorial, overall. Your help is much appreciated!

Wonderful. A lifesaver for making lined jackets as a cosplayer.
Also, alternatively, can the opening to turn the right side out be on the neck gorge rather than on the side, especially if you still have a collar to sew on, so you have to leave a raw edge on the neckline to work with?
