It's funny because in my case TOT was also the gateway to Metal. After listening to mainstream metal and hard rock (Metallica, Guns 'n' Roses, Manowar and many other bands from the 80's and early 90's), TOT took me deeper into the world of "heavier" metal tones. It was during my military service when a comrade played TOT to me. After the military service, I was then taken by a colleague to Blind Guardian, Nightwish and Crematory. They were loved and hated. I followed them since 1998, when they had released Aégis. They had a hard time finding a label, and AFM did next to nothing to promote them. I am still salty about this... They even had to do a crowdfunding to get this DVD done because AFM didn't pay shit.

This band is amazing. But I found Nell's previous band The Crest and she is so good. And the band too! I bought this album and both Crest albums. That's how I like!
I live near Philadelphia, and I flown over to see them 3 tines in Holland. And they were spectacular. I also saw them 3 times in Mexico. Not once did they give a good performance they gave excellent performances. Then I flew to Monterey.Mexico
I can't understand the reason they ended the band, it was so fucking perfect, but I respect it. Please, could you someday reunite just once more? I fucking love this band!

The best concert I've ever seen on DVD! ToT forever!
2024 simplesmente foi uma banda foda demais
I just discovered them. Wow! They are good.
Fantastic! Very good band and show. What a pity they no longer exist
This is an amazing band one of my absolute favorites!!!
This concert is a master piece, the mix is perfect.
Easily one of the best opening songs and performances to a concert I've ever seen...wish I could've been there live
raheenb you need to see Nightwish mate
I really miss Theatre of Tragedy an awful lot! What I'd give to have this wonderful band reunite!! With Nel they were great as they were with Liv! ! I listen faithfully to this day! TOT.. I will love you forever!... S
This is thoroughly by far the best Gothic metal in existence. I've been seeking an alternative to Paradise lost, but this outweighs anything i could ever have dreamed of. It's first time hearing this band, where the fuck have they been all my life
Dude I'm 38 and just discovered em a year ago lol. To think I could've been going to their shows. This whole genre eluded me while I was cranking manowar, priest, pantera, type o
Are you seriously comparing Theatre of Tragedy to Paradise Lost ? 🤣🤣
You should listen to Tristania ( first albums till World of Glass ) or Draconian - The Sins of thy Beloved - Umbra Et Imago , if you wanna goth-metal ( + there is few others )
Greetings !
@@go3cia Yes Tristania is a good choice here, same as The Sins of thy Beloved. Also Nightwish to some extent and a few less known ( On Thorns I Lay, maybe also Arcturus and Peccatum but they were experimenting a lot).
Remember when I heard them the first time in 96. Sweet o sweet memories.
kernelMriN а как же within tempation, nightwish?
Foda! Banda muito boa
This is soooo beautiful .... no words, just gooseskin
Super comrads!
One of the very best concerts I enjoy watching and well done performance awesome hell of a concert
Wish this band never went away, so good, so sad this is as close as I'll ever come to seeing them live.
That was and is a terrific concert. Thanks to everyone, especially to Nell, SUPER, GREAT! ! !😀💪💪✌👊❤❤❤

At that moment we can see a feeling of joy and sadness at the same time, because the history of the band was coming to an end. I was able to see their last show here in Brazil, it really is a band that will leave eternal memories.
Your a lucky man I would nerly kill to see them live
What? The world doesnt read that thing.
@@pedroRodriguesMDyour grandfather didn’t teach u Russian? He probably learned it when he was a prisoner in ussr after the second world war
and when he falleth! such a beautiful composition!
I have Literally never hear of this band before I only clicked on this because it was suggested by youtube and I must say that I am impressed
+Bigfoot7564 Wow, you have a whole new world to discover ;) Their early releases were superb. Like masterpieces. Wonderful music, wonderful lyrics (yet not easy to comprehend at first).
I got here the same way and was also impressed. I ended up buying a copy of this DVD (the quality is better than on youtube) and watched it many times. Great music, great live show.
I will never forget this band. I have a lot of good remembers listening them.
Bring Forth Ye Shadow..... AMAZING ! ! !
absolutely fantastic concert one of my best bands....love it
Her voice is amazing!!
So glad i found this one on youtube, bringing back old memories.. great performance. Such strong vocals, great lyrics.
The Last Song Is So Perfect To Ended 😢
This band is GREAT! Just discovered them. They had a good run and I'm sorry I missed one of their shows.
Me too, recently they popped up on my IHeartRadio feeds, some of my new favorite bands are done... ;- ( Still plenty to "old" stuff to discover... ;-) Follow the member's new projects?...
Listening this band is the best way to relax my mind, I like on!!
1:34:16 - my name in the titles, really happy to be a contributor to this recording - it came out amazing, better than I expected (and I expected awesome - because come on, this is Theatre of Tragedy!)
....unique voices....great combination....great song 👍👍👍
It was one concert that was truly very well performed love this band so many done well some bands suck live this was one that took me in theatre of tragedy is one i can surely follow
I miss you, guys.
I hope you did not have to deal with Moctezuma's Revenge.
Nice music....
Great concert. Though I would have loved to hear them do On Whom The Moon Doth Shine too.
I can't understand the reason they ended the band, it was so fucking perfect, but I respect it. Please, could you someday reunite just once more? I fucking love this band!
Diese Power life,Wahnsinn.
Stunning and hypnotizing...
still listening... art lives on and on !
ToT How much I miss my favorite band. ❤❤❤ I will never stop listening to them :)
I miss this band. They were one of my favourites when I was a teenager. They definitely should reunite some day and give concerts.
This must be one of the best live concerts out there
The best band I ever listened to.
Love them. The melodies, the lyrics, everything in this band captives me.
Gonna miss them.
