Hey! I'm obviously not the person you wanted to answer, but I am a user of JVN Hair products. JVN's shampoo does not cause hair loss. I have fine and subsequently oily hair, and I use the Embody shampoo and conditioner. I used to not use any conditioner because it weighed my hair down and no matter how little I used, my hair came out looking greasy. I use that pairing in rotation with Nizoral shampoo once a week or so. Nizoral has DHT blocking properties (DHT attacks hair follicles and can cause hair loss), so it's actually good for protecting against hair loss! It's a good addition, though I'd recommend following it with the JVN Embody conditioner to protect the moisture in your strands should you decide to use Nizoral at any point. I hope this helps! :)
