All kids deserve parents, but not all parents deserve children. Poor Johnny having to live 16 years with those psychos. He needed better parents who could love him everyday, see him preform in school plays, take him out to fun places, etc. Thank God Johnny was a part of the Greasers club so he wouldn’t fell lonely and unsafe in his house, they are all a bunch of sweethearts who treat him as part of their family. I wish the dad could go to jail for abuse and for the mom for constant alcoholism drinking. What makes me upset is the dad never even visited Johnny in the hospital or show his face in the movie. His mom just came in there to cause tantrums, she was only seen once. They probably didn’t care that Johnny passed away. Poor Johnny didn’t get a long happy life with his parents. He didn’t even have a sibling to hang out with, he was very lonely at home and he felt very unsafe there. Johnny Cade you deserved so much better. Love you, Johnny. ❤❤❤
