Hi jst a quick one I've got yp250 majesty the tube on the crank case is there a cap for it or is it jst like that? as recently come off every thing worked started fine and now when I go to start it the electric's ar but jst clicks like it's not taking fuel and has half a tank
Should use motorcycle specific oil without additives used to provide addl lubricity for automobiles in order to provide optimum wet clutch performance.
Thanks for your input. Please note, this is the Gear Oil, one that's in the rear gear case, it's different than the engine oil. And my opinion on Engine Oil (not Gear Oil) I've used automotive oil for my vstar 650 as well as my new triumph without any issues, used motorcycle oil before in my vstar with no performance difference in clutch/transmission smoothness. But if you don't mind extra cost of motorcycle oil, it's good to use it for a peace of mind.
Montadhar Montadhar refer to this page for oil recommendations www.manualslib.com/manual/597167/Yamaha-Majesty-400.html?page=85#manual for final transmission oil you need 10W30. For engine oil depending on the area you live in whether it's colder weather or hotter.
Use SAE10W30 type SE motor oil for Final Transmission Oil. For Engine Oil, use SAE10W30 or SAE10W40 or SAE15W40or SAE20W40 or SAE20W50 Depending on your local ambient temperature.
Grazie per i sotto titoli in Italiano sei grande

Great I found you on YT. Thank you for the video. Are the brake pads front and rear the same??? I have the same scooter 1998 :)
They should all be disc brakes
for my Majesty S I went for 75W85 instead of recommended 10W30 as it has EP additives and is of very similar viscosity.
Sometimes I open drainage side of de oil but it daznt come out even though I can see oil in it when I deep a broom stick in it.Wat do I do.
Thank you. I am reading 250 ml or .25 liters of gear oil on the internet. Seems a small amount but, is that correct?
250 ml is about right, yes.

There is no clutch in the gear case so motorcycle specific oil not needed. However, you need to use straight 30 weight not multi viscosity 10w/30
How much oil goes back in it?
What kind to use ,. My manual says 10-30w gear oil
10-30w should be fine, as long as the oil viscosity matches your local temperature range
Pls does Honda Forza x 250 also has a place of gear oil?
If it has pls at what locations
It could be similar to the newer model if yours also has bolts at similar locations for drain and fill: ruclips.net/video/SIqUX2A1ad8/видео.html
Can I use this oil for engine and transmission in same time and what density ? I have majesty yp 400

hi what is the amount of oil you need
Fill till the chamber is completely full, usually less than one bottle
You need to follow the manual, overfilling will cause damage and leaks then paint will get bad and the oil will start to damage the aluminum parts
