Sony, Please make the 360 capability a free feature and not only working with a service, its a shame that tiny apple airpods/samsung buds can play in 360 spatial audio and your gigantic headphones cant do it individually, unless with the support of a service..its a shame, please!

Is these any option to increase noise canceling bcz I feeling noise canceling on my 910n is not up to the mark I still feel noice while listening. ...I bought it just 1 week ago but I believe noise canceling is not good according to price ..I still hear many noises while on NC mode
The thing is that you will always hear noise with the noise cancelling tbh, I also hear it, but the catch it to play music with the noise cancelling, u wont hear a thing with something on, that is why it is so good. Without music it is not that great, but it still works, you still feel the void@@astrosurfer7262

hey, just got the headphones and all the touch controls work except for the double tap to pause, it still makes a sound every time i tap the headphone, so i’m not sure why it doesn’t pause once i do it twice :/
the pause function only works after spam tapping the right side 4 or 5 times
Can sony send us any update for buds which allows us (users) to customise button or touch control as per our own usability.
Because only thing which is not comfortable to use in buds is touch or button controls.

Just bought these today but when i cover the sensor ambient mode starts but when i remove my hand. It doesn't stop whatever i do...its still in ambient talking mode until i turn it off...looks like i need to return or replace it😢😢😢

why does my headphone turn off when i touch the right side (i have turned off the touch feature)

I bought one this on last year. Within 6 months the coating of the head band started falling off. Very poor quality material is used. On 14th month the left side got complaint. Now it has a buzzing sound on the left side while you turn on noise cancellation or ambient mode. Sound it is out of warranty no free service. ☹️☹️☹️
I bought this with half of my one month salary. Now I regret my decision.

I have the exact same problem. These are garbage headphones and Sony support expects you to dig out the receipt you have stashed away because thinking their product is great you wouldn’t need it .. I hate their support system and their product now and will never buy a product from Sony again .. I’ll go buy a Bose like I did in the first place and then let a Sony geek from Best Buy talk me into returning the Bose and wasting my hard earned money on Sony crap .. never again !! That’s a promise

Mine won’t even factory reset !! The only action I see is a flashing orange light that keeps flashing as long as I leave it plugged into a power source .. as soon as I remove the power source , the orange light stops blinking and there is no sign of life no matter what buttons I press to gather or separate.. what’s wrong with these stupid head phones .. I wanna burn them and never think about Sony products again for all that matters .. these only have a few hours of play on them .. is this what Sony products are all about .. trouble shooting and that’s what you get ?
