- Once again we're doing a ballet workout on the beach but this time it's going to be a 15-minute exercise routine for toned and slim thigs and stong legs. This workout is inspired by ballet but it is suitable both for beginners and advanced. Work out together with us by watching this follow along exercising video and leave your opinion in the comments!

Sooo true. I gave up ballet years ago, but still struggle with not to turn out legs when I'm doing non-ballet exercises.
