Never get tired of seeing Barry Barton in videos. He is such an inspiration to all of us hunters. Need to make a video of all of Barry's hunts.
He’s a class act!
Although I'll never be able to go on a hunt to Alaska with Billy molls I admire him he's a Christian he's an outdoorsman and he is from what I see one of the best guides that I've ever witnessed watching and I enjoy all that he does God bless you Billy
There's no better hunting guide than Billy. So glad to see you in God's country.
Little old lady from Switzerland here..Hi Billy....just been watching "sturdy oak or alder bush" Thank you for your words, your insight and the HOPE you convey in being patient. So hard to learn so important to be able to pass this message on. Blessings to you and your family🙏
A guide like this fellow comes along only once in a decade maybe.. he's sharp at his game choices he's completely for his hunters forfilment of a dream and I think his forfilment of the right calls that make barry a modern day mountain man .
You're a man among boys Billy THANK you for sharing these adventures with us! Nobody compares to you when it comes to these type of videos.
Dear Billy...so thankful for your words of hope through Our Lord Jesus Christ. The depression you were in and came out of made you the man's man you are today so you are able to guide others and be a conduit for Our Lord to reach out to others. A heartfelt THANK YOU from a little old grandma in Switzerland who so thoroughly enjoys your you tube episodes. Blessings to you and your lovely family. Sendings hugs!
My father just passed last Sunday. He was an outdoors man his entire life.
Before passing on I asked him if he had any regrets and his answer was no. He said he'd done everything he ever wanted to in life.
I told him I had regrets. And that was not learning that way of life. I was too into sports.
He said it's never too late.
My son and I are now going to hire a local guide and learn.
Thank you, Billy. Your films are inspiring and overflowing with hope. May our Savior bless you and your family. ✌️🐻
I worked and saved for 2 1/2 years to go Dall Sheep hunting in Alaska back in 2005. I still remember the day, September 2nd, 2005. It was the best decision I've ever made. The experience was priceless...I'd encouage anyone thinking about doing this to do whatever it takes to make it happen
I am not a hunter and I despise the cold, but I look forward with anticipation to every video you put out. Your editing skills have improved greatly. Look forward to the next one. Thanks Billy!
I appreciate that!
Agree, #1 videographer, story teller, thanks
I've been watching for couple years now. And I will say this has been one of the best shows. Running with emotions for everyone. I feel the same way, Montana is home but Alaska Hunting has been my dream since I was a kid too. Hopefully some day I can fly in and go for a hunt of a lifetime. Thanks for the inspiration.
Glad you are back!
I look forward to every video you out out.
Great videos, the suspense of the hunt is incredible. When Billy tells him to shoot and nothing has happened after the 4th time i about come out of my skin.
Sometimes i think my favorite part is when Billy gets to be with the family
HUGE THANKS for putting this out Billy. Just incredible stuff.
Barry, that is the best bear hunt that I've seen yet from Billy. And the best animal that I've seen, probably the heaviest also. He was a huge warrior and he couldn't have been taken by a more deserving man. Congrats to both of you !
WOHOOO BILLY THANKS! My hunting season in alaska just ended except for predators, but I love your series and this makes rainy season enjoyable
Harvesting that caribou really boosted Jason's spirits when he needed it and may have played a part it helping him to succeed in getting his ram. I was very happy for him.
You have to love Barry. Loved him thanking his wife for encouraging him to do the hunt. But, the two of you hunting together make me smile/laugh. God bless.
Thank you so much for showing us that your strength comes from Our Lord...you are verily an inspiration to the modern man. Please stay well and be blessed !🙏
Great hunt and Barry & Billy' s personalities work great together just makes the a great video fun to watch. Keep on making them.
So glad you are back, really enjoy the videos and watching you hunt with your hunters
Beautiful family shots Barry. Thank you for the videos. Keep up the good work. Hope you can find a follow up job so when the physical energy goes flat ... the work can continue.
YES!!! Cleared my schedule for the next 2hrs
Let’s go!!
No sheep gods, no “Mother” nature, neither are in His Scripture. Great hunts, thanks for sharing your adventures Billy. God Bless 🙏🏼
I'm so hooked to your films every morning I watch for couple hours and drink my coffee
Hot damn, I just discovered Billy and I absolutely love his hunts. Everyone seems awesome and the joy of each hunt can be seen as clear as day, though probably clearer than an Alaskan day.
Hello From Ireland 🇮🇪 Billy. Im really looking forward to watching this one. God bless
As always just a phenomenal production, Thanks Billy!
Packing to head up for my 3rd float hunt and you drop this video, now I am pumped… Thanks Billy.
Good luck!
Love Billy's videos, love Alaska
Such an amazing place!
Bill Arne here 77 yrs. You and I both know about Bigfoot. I be had 5 run-ins with the Indian cross ape. I had a 4ft juvenile come to me for protection in Baldwin Michigan. He was so afraid My panic fear left me. He walked behind me all afternoon and I protected the little guy. When I came back to camp my friend and fellow scout master ask me what is he. I told him what it was for my dad was a DNR Game Warden in 30/40’s. He taught me their ways and Indian language ancient. We fed the little Guy 4ft tall. He ate 1lb steak. We wondered where was his mom and dad. 2 months before us rifle season was over 600,000 gun hunters. For two weeks. We figured rifle hunters killed his mom and dad. Once he ate one pound steak he left. We hunted 3 more days and never saw heard smelled him again. We will never forget his desperation and fear for help! I’m now 77 yrs in Hospice care for pain. What good memories. After that I had 4 more run ins with the big guy. Never shot at any. Remember they are totally wild and can be . 😎🇺🇸🇨🇦 Michigan
You're nuts, lol
I can watch this video over and over, I’ve taken 4 nice sheep on do it yourself hunts but watching this video is so awesome, what an inspiration to anyone wanting to hunt, God Bless, your Willow, Alaskan friend 🙏🙏

Hope to one day to be able to Hunt with you
Did Mauricio ever go back and get a moose? Seems like a nice gentleman and I was rooting for him.
Unfortunately he did not.
I've lived in Alaska or 47 years and never really went sheep or bear hunting, after 30 my knees have been to bad to climb anything. I have killed dozens of moose and caribou to eat however, i have 1 question: was Barry short stroking his magazine empty when you were asking him to keep shooting? I've seen it happen when a guy was a bit excited.
So neighbor (I'm from Barron). Your videos are top notch ! I Do have a question, in all your guiding in northern Alaska have you ever come across signs of ancient hunters?
Not that I know of
What rife is the Spaniard using on grizzly and sheep hunt?
Nice Hunting 🤝👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥🦌🐻
I'd love to get a caribou.
❤
I've noticed in the lower 48 they eat the bear meat but not in Alaska. Why is that?
Try a piece of Kodiak bear meat and you'll know why. Even the Alaska Natives in the villages seldom eat bear meat. My son was a guide for over twenty five years on Kodiak. He said that, mostly out of custom, some of the older women in the villages, in the Spring, will eat a little meat from a young bear, but that's about it. He brought me some backstrap from a young bear one Spring and I fried it up and ate a little. Not very good.
Bruh great video
Id like to know more about the rifles I shoot a 35 Whelen or a 375 Ruger but the rifles the hunters use look like the same gun I know the one hunter was using a 300 Wetherby
My son was a guide for over twenty five years. For most of those years he carried a .375H&H. From what I've gathered over the years I believe that's likely the favorite for most guides.
Do you have any recent footage?
Lots of it! Our most recent footage is available on digital download and dvd at www.billymollsadventures.com.
Hey Billy, just wondering what a total cost for a 15 day Brown Bear hunt with you would run a fella?
I would like to know that also
@@JohnBobbitt-lq4kx I believe in one of his videos the sum of $20,000 was mentioned. Each hunt is different though, depending on a lot of variables.
Depending on the area and outfitter, but coastal brown bear hunts range from $25K-$45K.
Why do u charge so much for such a hunt?? Where's all this money going into??😮@@moderndaymountainman8130
Did I miss it? How much weight did you Billy loose?.😊
❤❤❤❤❤
def..make a nice Rug.....🇺🇸😎🤠✌️🎃
The hunts were pretty good until... (54:24) "We left some little bit of trash we had and our seats and a tarp". My guess is that there was no plan to go back and get that stuff to carry it out. One thing that irritates me the most when hunting, is finding trash from other hunters. From the first day I ever started hunting, if I carry it in, I carry it out. There is no reason to leave trash in a place that beautiful!
Your guess would be incorrect.
@@moderndaymountainman8130 I'm glad that I was wrong.
What calibre rifle is being used to hunt bears and moose?
typically .375 H&H
Wow......🤠✌️😎🎃
You spoke a couple of times about "these days in Alaska"
regarding moose.
I take it by your enfurance that finding a legal moose big enough for guided hunts are becoming more difficult to find..
Is that because not enough bear and wolves are being targeted by guided hunters?
It was definitely a combination of factors. This area saw an explosion of moose, 20 years earlier, and with that game, the wolf population. Once the food value in the area was reduced, the wolves were left with fewer moose to eat. Largely just a natural cycle I feel.
That's true unless you know where to go, AK 30 resident
I would be happy with that bull big enough for me for my first Caribou
What caliber rifles do you use
I use at 375 HH
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Don't worry about the kids, they don't even miss you.
